經常出門住酒店，第一次遇到這麼離譜的酒店，本來環境就挺普通，住了一個晚上讓服務員收拾一下屋子，結果服務員居然連基本收拾也懶得做，當晚上回到一片狼藉的房間，我都震驚了，我強烈不推薦大家再去這個酒店！

酒店一步一景，彷彿一幅流動的畫卷，美不勝收，讓人流連忘返，園中孔雀，梅花鹿多種小動物，別墅房間有三張床，兩衞，一庭院，一客廳，面積挺大的適合家庭出遊。
服務:管家張文玲和戎琳服務可圈可點，我們剛到就看見張管家在門口迎接我們，看見我們帶了小狗貼心的準備了寵物玩具和狗盆、狗墊等寵物用品，趕巧天氣太熱，主動詢問併為我們加上小瓶礦泉水，一句簡單的問候，貼心關懷不遠不近讓人舒服，有到家的感覺，晚上戎管家也是提前就幫我們放好温泉水，方便我們泡温泉。感謝兩位管家給了我們多方位的照顧，每天給我們準備新鮮的水果，快速退房也是非常方便，贈送的小禮品也很有特色，下次還回再來

非常棒的休閑度假村，孩子玩的很開心。酒店特別大，泡温泉，喂萌寵，沙灘戲水，遊玩可以叫觀光車接送，很方便。環境沒得説，緊鄰瘦西湖，幽雅靜謐，工作人員很熱情，服務很好。
