房間環境温馨明亮

I have been using Ctrip for many years, but this is the first time I give a bad review! A mother with a two-and-a-half-year-old girl wants to choose a hotel that she can rest assured. In the end, she chose this five-diamond Ctrip preferred hotel next to the Slender West Lake, which costs 799 a night! The hygiene is as bad as hell! 1. There is a pile of cigarette ash when you enter the bathroom (yes, not a little, but a pile) 2. The floor of the room is covered with dust particles, and there are even melon seed shells 3. The bathroom floor mat is covered with dust particles + melon seed shells 4. There are residual hairs in the hot spring bathtub 5. There are huge stains on the quilt when it is turned over (the child woke up from a nap and scratched his chest and back red). There are pictures to prove the above (except the hair in the bathtub, which flowed away with the water and I didn’t have time to take a picture!) I called the hotel to report the situation at that time. The hotel’s solution was only to clean it again after the child woke up. In addition, I didn’t make any requests during my stay, not even a bottle of water. I just wanted to publish the real evaluation for more users to see. I hope that the Ctrip platform can help customers choose better hotels and don’t use a little compensation to make customers give up the evaluation.

The hotel has a superior environment, close to the Slender West Lake and not far from the Fun Park. You can also walk to Songjiacheng Park. The courtyard pool is quiet and private, the hot spring experience is great, and the front desk girl is enthusiastic and efficient.

I stayed in several private hot spring hotels in Yangzhou, and this one is the best so far. The location is very good, in the city center; the price is very cost-effective, 799 yuan; the service is good, the front desk is professional... The only thing I don't recommend is to order a set meal with a full meal. There are many takeaways available around, and it's better to order takeaways than to spend 100 yuan more on a full meal.
