A very bad travel experience. I originally thought that the newly opened hotel would be very good, so I deliberately chose an expensive hotel. As soon as I parked the car, it was very strange. I told the security guard that we were staying here and insisted that we turn out the order and give it to him. Look, this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Usually when you go to the door and say you live here, you're immediately let in. But if you haven't encountered this before, you have to take out the order and look at it on the spot before letting you go. It was already 8pm when we arrived at the hotel. The occupancy rate that day was very low. They arranged a room far away from the elevator for us. In fact, we could be more flexible. Why can't we make adjustments to make the customers feel better? We can't arrange a room nearby, we have to arrange one far away. It's already 8 o'clock that night and we still expect to book all the rooms. After checking in, I found that the sliding door to the balcony was broken. I called to see if the sliding door was broken and could only open it half way for us to squeeze out. Then couldn't you change us to another room? You wouldn't change it either. Just think about it being so late. What’s even weirder is that there was a power outage in the middle of the night when I was having a late-night snack. It was a complete power outage on a hot day. The only hotel where I experienced a power outage after staying in so many hotels was that the key corridors were all there, but not in our building, until we left. There was no apology from the front desk when we arrived at the room. A newly opened hotel should provide good service. It's really bad. The key price is not cheap either. The cheapest room type is nearly 600 RMB at the usual price at the end of the summer. That's it. The room is really small. Just now. Not long after it was opened, something was broken here and there. The water in the sink was also blocked. You had to wash it and wait for a while before using it, otherwise the water would not drain out. I only stayed in the hotel for a few hours and the experience was terrible.

攜程選了10多家酒店，最後選擇了這家交通方便價格實惠又比較新的酒店。到酒店的那刻就知道選對了，大堂不大但是很大氣，客服很好很有耐心。房間最稱心，燈可以閲讀模式昏暗也可以最亮跟家裡一樣，我喜歡這種亮堂的感覺。馬桶跟洗手枱浴室是分開的，這個我非常喜歡，上廁所的洗澡的各不幹預。而且洗手枱還有兩個太人性化了，衞生間也好大。還有一個小隱藏休息區，靠窗的角落裡有一個小沙發小桌子，喝着冰箱裏酒店送的4種飲料，聊聊天打打牌太愜意了，高温天都不想出去了。訂酒店的時候沒有早餐想出去吃早茶，擔心熱門早茶要排隊，沒想到酒店內部就有趣園早茶，6點半到10點半營業，我們8點半去的，人很少，坐在靠窗位置，邊吃早點邊聊天不錯的享受。酒店還有很多休息的地方都很舒服，還有讀書區，每天下午2點還有手工藝製作。酒店還送了迎賓館總店的免費旅拍券但是粧要付費。還可以去總店游泳館游泳，還有兩張洗浴中心的票，但是洗浴中心真心不推薦，沒什麼東西，什麼都要錢。推薦總店小火車，大堂門口等，很快的，坐一圈十分鐘吧，司機還會講解迎賓館的歷史等，還看到了國家元首住的房間，迎賓館總店像個公園很大，風景很好，還有小動物可以參觀，聽司機説四月頭來還有櫻花林特別漂亮。因為都是迎賓館所以裏面設施可以共享，總店很近五分鐘的路程，總之這次旅行，住的最舒服，最開心，下次來揚州繼續住，希望紅園店可以繼續保持。

酒店位置在靠近綵衣街、離東關街皮市街也不遠，屬於鬧市區，周圍還有很多吃的老字號店等。好逛好玩，房間乾淨，廁所也是乾濕分離，有大浴缸，會有送一次性泡澡袋，也很衞生乾淨，樓下還有錦鯉，可以餵魚，喜歡蓋章的，還有蓋章區，就房間修路的話，會相對吵一些，問題不大，總體滿意
