房間鋪的地毯，一進去就一股子黴味，小孩在外面挺好，一進酒店客房就咳嗽，回來後咳嗽還沒好，去醫院檢查，説是過敏性咳嗽，我們就去了這個酒店咳嗽，別的地方都沒有發生過這個情況！真是後悔至極！！再説服務，帶小孩退房，那個退房的服務員估計生病了，（生病了不是應該休息嗎），一直在咳嗽，聲音還很小，把我們行李送到大堂，就不見人了，還要我們自己搬行李，住了那麼久酒店，就沒出現過這種情況！總的來説，體驗感不好！尤其房間黴味，小孩生病真是讓大人身心焦慮！下次再也不去這家了！避雷避雷！

很差，完全和常規“皇冠酒店”不是一個概念，衞生差，環境差，服務差，網上這些高評價，都是刷來的吧？？房間下水道反味，味道很大，中央空調老舊，異響非常大！衞生間的燈，什麼夜間模式會忽然熄滅！極其詭異。毫不誇大其詞，如實評價。
