預訂的大床是1.5米的，前台給我們升級到1.8米並還是景觀房，能看到運河夜景，太開心了。特別要提一下門衞師傅，眼睛裏特別有活，前天24號下午到的時候，師傅主動幫我們提行李，有問有答，看到旋轉門速度快，馬上跑過來幫我們擋，總是笑臉相迎，直到現在還記憶猶新，值得表揚。房間內洗澡水很大，有晾衣繩。感謝管家黃堰為我們爭取和分享揚州旅遊攻略，讓我們體驗了酒店豐富的早餐，第二天我們品嚐了樓下花園茶樓各色早點，對懶人來説真是太方便了。意想不到的是每天下午還有免費水果送到房間來。昨天25號早上出門時跟保潔員説多放一個浴帽，晚上我們真的看到梳粧盒裡多了一個浴帽，保潔員能記住客人的需求，必須表揚。酒店去何園、皮市街、東關街不遠，一路走過去就好了。總之這次揚州之行因為酒店的貼心服務讓旅行增色不少，下次來還會選擇和頤。

很感謝徐師傅幫忙洗了車，太暖心啦！ 酒店停車很方便，離各個景區不算遠，可以步行或者選擇小電車，開車不方便。 入住時候，前台人員很熱情幫忙開電梯，開門。房間設備都是智能化，滿意！床上用品無異味，而且很乾燥舒適，保證一晚好睡眠。 除了空間有一點點小，其他都是滿分，安心入住！
