위치도 너무 좋고 바로 앖 바다라 산책하니도좋아요. 조식도 너무 맛있었구요. 다만 시설이 많이 누후됐다느꼈는데 여기저기 리모델링하는게 보였습니다. 윗층분들이 새벽까지 술마시고 레슬링을 하시는지 층간소음 너무 괴로웠네요

올여름 가족들과 함께 양양 쏠비치 리조트스위트 일반 객실에서 1박 2일 머물렀습니다.
좋은 기억을 기대하고 갔던 여행이었지만, 몇 가지 아쉬운 점들이 있어서 솔직하게 남겨봅니다.
12시 체크인 당시 응대해주신 직원분(이름표에 Heeeun LIM이라고 표기되어 있었어요)의 태도가 무척 무뚝뚝하고 성의 없었습니다. 객실은 넓고 구조도 잘 빠져서 4인 가족이 쓰기엔 여유로웠어요.
침대 매트리스도 편안했고, 어메니티나 수건 등은 넉넉하게 준비돼 있었습니다.
하지만…
• 수건에서 약간 꿉꿉한 냄새가 났고
• 이불에서는 머리카락이 발견되어 찝찝했어요
• 비가 와서 그런 건지 객실에서 비린내 같은 냄새도 느껴졌습니다 전체적인 청소 상태와 리넨 관리가 부족하다는
인상을 받았습니다. 기본적인 객실 관리가 조금만 더 세심했더라면 하는 아쉬움이 남네요.
영문으로 된 예약이라 예약번호를 보여드렸는데,
기분이 상한 듯한 말투에 질문에 대한 대답도 퉁명스러웠고…
손님 입장에서 오히려 직원 눈치를 봐야 하는 상황이 되더라고요.
여행의 시작을 망치게 만드는 기분이었습니다.
좋은 시설만큼이나 기본적인 직원 응대 교육도 강화되었으면 합니다.

12년만에 다시 찾았습니다. 그때 워낙 이국적인 리조트로 좋았던 생각이 각인되서 다시 가고 싶었지만 번번히 예약이 쉽지 않아 이제서야 다녀왔네요.
그안에 여러곳을 많이 다녀 그런지 두번째 방문에는 만족감이 크진 않았습니다.
직원들의 친절힘..너무 좋습니다.
일반적인 시설들은 크게 오래됐다는 느낌은 들지 않는데 저희가 머물렀던 리조트쪽 객실은 바닥도 끈적한 느낌과 화장실에 냄새가 좀 심했습니다. 타올도 쿰쿰힌 냄새가 좀 났고요.
침대나 침구류는 양호했습니다.
세월이 흘렀으니 낡고 오래된건 당연하지만 그래도 생각보다 떠 낡은것 같아서 조금 그랬습니다.
그래도 가족들과 만족스런 1박2일을 보내고 왔습니다.
