I booked it because the location was good. I could have saved a lot of money if I had paid locally, so I regretted booking in advance. The bed sheets were dirty, but they didn't change them when they cleaned, so the cleanliness rating was lowered a lot. The breakfast was simple but delicious!

The rooms are all the same, the service concept is poor, the breakfast is poor, I seriously suspect that the rating is fake.

Reasonably priced, with a buffet breakfast. There was a lot of bird droppings on the windows, so I tried not to look at them, but the room itself was generally clean. The body soap ran out midway through the day, and they didn't replenish it during the daily housekeeping, but the amenities were fully stocked, so there was nothing in particular to bring. The water pressure was weak. The laundry service was expensive, and when I asked them to wash about 5 days' worth of clothes, they told me it would cost 35,300 kyat (≒ 2,000 yen), so I canceled. Considering the price, I think it's quite good value for money.
