一次非常愉快的入住體驗。本來打算衹住一天，但在服務員高艷帶領看房中，被她的熱情服務打動，尤其是對於我們老年人，不厭其煩，很有耐心和責任，特別熱情好客。於是我們決定多住幾天。當得知我們入住後，高艷還提前幫我們打開空調，小小的舉動，大大的關懷，讓我們有了回家的感覺。房間乾淨整潔舒適，酒店地理位置優越，寶塔山、鳳凰山麓革命舊址，抗大舊址、萬達就在酒店附近。院內停車很方便，早餐也很豐盛。來到革命聖地延安，就住這家酒店。

The hotel location is near everything, but we can't sleep well because the temperature in the bedroom was not cool. We complained to the front desk, but it seems the Aircon in the whole hotel was setting at a certain temperature, which was not comfortable for us.
