為了去附近的甘泉大峽谷，續住一晚，酒店位於寶塔區中心街邊，有個大院子，停車很方便，去寶塔山景區步行約20多分鐘，離二道街美食更近，客房乾淨整潔，服務員禮貌熱情，早餐品質不錯，熱水温度穩定不會忽冷忽熱，沒有洗衣房

30年前就住延安賓館，每次去延安都住這裏，位置好，裝修後房間設施更好。客服服務人員周到熱情，前台服務員態度有待改進，我打電話想調整換房，前台女服務員電話裏嘟嘟囔囔，不應該。

設施齊全，酒店檔次高，衞生條件好，去參觀景區也非常方便，清涼山，寶塔山就在酒店附近，還有寶塔山門票贈送，服務態度非常好，延安之行非常滿意，媽媽房間放了葯，還貼心多加了兩瓶水，餐廳早餐豐富，二樓包間很安靜，適合家庭聚會。
