民宿位置絕佳，處於金延安繁華地段，交通十分便利。出門就可以看演出，園區也有公交車可達市中心，而且附近小吃街、便利店一應俱全，滿足各種生活需求。房間佈置得温馨又有格調，每一處細節都能看出老闆的用心。簡約又不失時尚的裝修風格，讓人一進門就感覺特別放鬆。床品超級舒服，軟硬適中的床墊，房間的採光也很好，白天陽光透過窗户灑進來，整個房間都亮堂堂的。衞生方面更是無可挑剔，每個角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，房間沒有任何異味，洗漱用品也都是高品質的，用起來很放心。
