前台小帆服務好 茶吧正好面對清涼山和延河 抬頭就可以看見清涼山上美麗風景 還提供下午茶和宵夜 早餐也各具特色 酒店就在萬達商業區 出行也很方便 最關鍵價格合適 非常非常滿意

整體都還不錯。餐廳的服務人員讓人感覺很差，很大聲的議論顧客，我覺得有問題應該內部先解決再去找顧客確認，而不是當著所有用餐顧客的麪，去質問顧客，還甩臉。當然僅僅是我覺得，僅供參考。

前台小嬌服務態度好，房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，房間設施設備很靈活，足夠安靜，睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺可以了

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，樓下就是這邊比較出色的二道街，酒店房間衞生也很乾凈、房間配備的東西也很齊全，有洗面奶、卸粧水、爽膚水、潤膚露、還有一張面膜，住這麼多酒店有面膜的這是第一家，酒店還有停車，也很方便，前台小苗小姐姐工作效率也很高，處理問題也很及時，當然他們還站到客人角度着想，辦理入住時前台小姐姐還告知房間裏面有雨傘，那天剛好下雨天，就很方便，房間的睡衣穿着也很舒服，他們8樓有一個觀景的下午茶，沒事在那喝一杯茶🍵，看看👀外面風景也很愜意，早餐🍳：很豐富，還有這邊的一個洋芋擦擦，很好吃，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，床鋪舒適，用品貼心，服務細緻入微，是出差的理想下榻支持，最後再次表揚👍前台那個小妹妹小苗

房間和圖片一致 ，裝修風格很喜歡 ，各種設施佈置精美 ，衞生非常乾淨 ,入住放心，周邊交通出行方便 。隔音好 ，空調涼爽，熱風也很暖和，有一整晚都睡得很安穩，下次還會選擇這家酒店，前台的工作人員非常熱情貼心好客，小苗和小郭服務很好

設施：沒啥大的問題，電子秤沒電
衞生：還可以
環境：隔音太差勁，凌晨一點被樓下喧鬧聲吵醒，凌晨五點多被樓上噪音吵醒，聲音極大，打電話詢問前台後説樓上是酒店早餐廳，開始做早飯了，鼓風機聲音，案板切菜聲音等等，説明酒店方是知曉存在這個問題的，噪音一直持續到八點多，好不容易睡一會，九點多客房大姐就站在門口閑聊，毫無顧忌大聲閑聊，又被吵醒，這個徹底睡不着了
服務：12：20前台打電話催退房，一點下去退房的時候向前台反映了昨晚的噪音問題，前台竟然説剛準備給我打電話説延遲退房到下午三點，你要是有這個打算就不會在12：20催我退房了，酒店規定一點退房，到一點了你準備給我打電話説，呵，欲蓋彌彰！
