酒店位置靠近火車站，在路口很好找，交通方便，停車場也很大，周邊吃的很多，去寶塔山景區也很近
裝修是美式復古風格，一樓大堂的氛圍感非常好，可以送免費美式咖啡，房間內有全身鏡，且衞生間空間很大，設施也算保持的不錯，整體舒適度很高；健身房裡器械比較豐富，有運動墊子真的好評，我還去做了會瑜伽
店內前台還貼心準備了延安市內景點的交通線路
唯一的不足是沒有烘乾機
PS.我在不同平台上多定了一間房，前台小姐姐也很貼心幫我快速處理了，比平台的響應速度還快

前台非常熱情，服務也好，辦理入住很快，房間乾淨整潔，因為帶小孩，1.35的雙床也寬敞。特別提一下，房間花灑調水開關壞了，給前台説了以後，白天逛回來已經修好，服務非常及時，酒店早餐也豐富，每道菜味道都特別好。再提一下，雖然是雙床房，但前台貼心的給了三張早餐券，雖然是細節，但能看出酒店服務的貼心與無微不至，贊一個。

總體是滿意的，比如懸掛衣物的架子，正好位於空調進風口下，對於我這種旅行愛好者來説是很實用的，因為洗好的衣服掛在架子上，因為空氣流通好，一晚上準幹。連體雙人座獨立座位的木沙發很實用，中間的木茶几再寬一些就更好了。衞生間佈局合理，使用方便，就是洗手盆有點小了，洗衣時容易濺水。最不滿意的地方是房間空調，我設定的是28℃，結果運行了一晚上，早起一看仍然是21℃。延安老城的城市建設總體就不好，因此，酒店室外環境也就那樣，酒店大堂裏大部分空間用來賣貨經營，亂鼓咚咚的，看起來不是很專業。
