來延安旅遊，看到酒店很新，就選擇入住，來到大廳就感覺沒有選錯，大廳很大，很寬敞，前台小郭小姑娘幫我拿行李，很感謝，房間也都是智能的設施設備很好。

酒店服務特別到位，温暖，剛到酒店由於沒有停車位給酒店打電話，前台美女很快就下樓正好那時也有停車位了，幫忙指導停車，還幫忙拿行李，晚上由於水不夠喝給前台打了電話，很快夜班值班工作人員就送來了，並還拿了小點心，特別温暖，並告之如果不夠再送來，就沖這就知道酒店的大氣和事事為客人做想的換位思考的意識，早上離開時前台美女還貼心的提醒再帶點水路上渴，暖暖的話給客人有賓至如歸的感覺，再有就是前台花花主動指導我退停車費補助，特別細心，謝謝你們，由於有你們真誠熱情暖心的服務讓我完全忽略了延安老城的交通給我這駕駛技術不怎麼樣的戰戰兢兢，留住的全是快樂温暖的回憶！
