設施：設施新，環境好。一樓的檸檬水和咖啡免費喝。
服務：無論前台小姐姐還是打掃衞生的阿姨，都很好。特別是到各個景點可以免費接送。
原本根據8天延安旅遊行程，在左未衹住2晚，其餘6晚定了另外幾家酒店。但是入住第一晚就決定八晚都住在這裏，到哪都方便。下次如果再來延安，還會選擇左未。

房間挺好的，乾淨衞生。也比較大比較寬，性價比高，推薦入住。但是，酒店離中心地段步行1公里多，打車不容易打，而且交通特別堵，走路都是平地，也需要20、30分鐘，介意的朋友請充分考慮。

出差入住左末酒店，徹底被貼心服務圈粉了！從落地開始就感受到無微不至的關懷：接機師傅提前半小時就在等候，很熱心的幫忙拿行李，瞬間驅散旅途疲憊~ 進門就給遞上紅棗茶，熱毛巾，細節控狂喜！酒店配備智能洗衣設備洗烘套裝，商務人士再也不用擔心行李帶不夠衣服啦~ 24h健身房器械超全，晨跑後還能在休息區喝到現磨咖啡，咖啡黨一本滿足！最感動的是服務員總能主動發現需求：雨天遞傘、連我隨口提的航班時間都記得提醒，還熱心的詢問需不需要給預約送機服務。離店時前台小姐姐追上來送了紅棗茶，説"帶着路上喝"，這是什麼神仙服務啊！硬件到位+服務走心=完美入住體驗！已經安利給所有同事，下次來延安必定再刷！

來延安旅行，酒店去延安紅街5分鐘，寶塔山和延安革命紀念館12分鐘左右很方便，酒店設施智能化便利，床墊被子柔軟舒適，停車也非常方便，旅行的首選，忘記拍照片了所以沒辦法上傳了
