Let me start with the advantages: First of all, the location is very good, very close to the train station, about 1 km away. You can take the bus k7 or 603 directly when you get off the train. Going left is the bus stop, there is a direct bus to some attractions, but it is not recommended to take a taxi. The taxi in Yan'an is very pitted, because there is no online car appointment, so I don't comment.  The room is large enough. The facilities are relatively complete, quite satisfactory, there are some, there is also a smart assistant small, can open and close curtains and windows and air conditioning, but can not turn off the lights  Cost-effective, more than 100 Disadvantages:  I stayed for two nights. When I took a shower on the first night, I picked the hot water valve to the maximum  and it was cooler. The hotel began to find workers to repair it the next afternoon. After 9:00, I said that I would repair it. , call the front desk and say let me put a few more minutes of hot water, but it is useless.  I put it for more than ten minutes, and I continued to put water the next morning.  I still came out of warm water, and I felt that the water pressure was very unstable, the sound was very loud, and the water flow was very small. I couldn't wash it at all, which caused me a lot of trouble. Most places in the health situation are still OK, that is, the details are not perfect , for example, the backrest of the bed is not cleaned up, it is all floating dust, the mirror is dirty, etc.  The front desk registration is more primitive, and the paper registration is used. At the beginning, I was quite shocked. I hope the hotel can handle it properly and protect the privacy of guests. Front desk service is average

This hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the train station, and around the same from the center of town, and right across the lake from the red street, so it's very conveniently located. The hotel itself was really excellent. Very clean, quiet, and the staff were super friendly. Cherry at the front desk was extremely helpful! The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable and the facilities are great. Not to mention the breakfast was also wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors, and will definitely come back.

I have never experienced a cave dwelling, so I specially booked a cave dwelling to experience it. The geographical environment is incredible. It is in the Pagoda Mountain Scenic Area. You can see Pagoda Mountain from the cave courtyard. I don’t know if all cave dwellings have this problem. The water is not accessible. It was so good, there was a smell, and it took a while to dissipate after opening the door. The water in the bathroom was turned on for a long time, but it was still cold. Our father took a cold shower, and later called the staff to help with the adjustment. He kept running the cold water for a long time. It took a long time for the water to get hot. The child was overjoyed when he saw the big kang for the first time. He said it was a 2.4 or 2.5 kang. In fact, I estimated it was at least four meters? Anyway, we sleep as a family of four, and it’s very comfortable and spacious. The shuttle bus will pick you up at the scenic spot, and you can also go to Baota Mountain for free (the ticket to Baota Mountain is usually 60 for an adult?). There is no air conditioning in the cave dwelling, but it is really cool. I had a very comfortable night's sleep. It was really comfortable and quiet to sit and chat in the courtyard at night. The front desk staff were not enthusiastic, but they were not cold either. I don't know if it was a regional characteristic. A group of staff were chatting in dialects. We looked at it very novelly. I guess we have never seen the staff chatting together in other hotels, but it is also interesting, haha. The price of 699 is not cheap in a small city, but it is still very unique. I have never lived in a cave dwelling. worth a try

The overall feeling is good The room space is OK for the discounted price. The appearance is not as good as the aerial view in the picture hahaha I think as a state guesthouse, it lacks a garden and walking environment. The venue is large but it is basically a square and a parking lot. The gym is another one open to the public in the basement. I think it is still difficult to find and a bit inconvenient. Before checking out, I met the waiter who came to clean at 12 o'clock. I don't know if it was not communicated well or what. According to reason, it should be cleaned after checking out. If the original price and five-star standard, I feel there is room for improvement

The front desk staff and security guards are very friendly. Parking 🅿️ is right at the door. Very convenient. The room was warm and clean, with plenty of hot water from the tap shower head. It’s really comfortable. The next day breakfast was delivered to the room. The location is also good. It is very close to the night market street and Wanda. Recommended! !

The first time I stayed at this hotel, it was generally good, but the facilities were still old-fashioned. It could be improved a little. For example, one or two sockets should be provided on both sides of the bed.

房間很大，乾淨整潔，窗外就是青山，晚上特別特別安靜，沒有一絲聲音。酒店後面就有充電樁，非常的方便。酒店的兩位經理步雅潔和石永媛非常非常熱情nice，還有一位禮賓部負責的女同志也非常非常好，幫忙買了很多漂亮的小禮物，下次來一定再住棗園賓館！
