The facilities are relatively complete, quite satisfactory, there are some, there is also a smart assistant small, can open and close curtains and windows and air conditioning, but can not turn off the lights  Cost-effective, more than 100 Disadvantages:  I stayed for two nights. When I took a shower on the first night, I picked the hot water valve to the maximum  and it was cooler. The hotel began to find workers to repair it the next afternoon. After 9:00, I said that I would repair it. , call the front desk and say let me put a few more minutes of hot water, but it is useless.  I put it for more than ten minutes, and I continued to put water the next morning.  I still came out of warm water, and I felt that the water pressure was very unstable, the sound was very loud, and the water flow was very small. I couldn't wash it at all, which caused me a lot of trouble. Most places in the health situation are still OK, that is, the details are not perfect , for example, the backrest of the bed is not cleaned up, it is all floating dust, the mirror is dirty, etc.  The front desk registration is more primitive, and the paper registration is used. At the beginning, I was quite shocked. I hope the hotel can handle it properly and protect the privacy of guests. Front desk service is average

This hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the train station, and around the same from the center of town, and right across the lake from the red street, so it's very conveniently located. The hotel itself was really excellent. Very clean, quiet, and the staff were super friendly. Cherry at the front desk was extremely helpful! The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable and the facilities are great. Not to mention the breakfast was also wonderful. Driving from Hukou to Yan'an, I arrived at the hotel at 9pm. I had dinner directly at Old Yan'an at the foot of Pagoda Mountain and then checked in. The car was parked halfway up Pagoda Mountain. I took a battery car to the hotel. The front desk was relatively small and the room was a bit stuffy. , the family suite I stayed in had two Kang beds, which was different from the promotional pictures. The bathroom was too small and inconvenient for four people. It was better to live in a twin room and sleep with the window open at night. I caught a cold when I put my head against the window. However, the hotel environment is good. Qingliang Mountain is opposite and the night view is beautiful. Get up early in the morning and climb Pagoda Mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenery with fewer people.

The overall feeling is good The room space is OK for the discounted price. The appearance is not as good as the aerial view in the picture hahaha I think as a state guesthouse, it lacks a garden and walking environment. The venue is large but it is basically a square and a parking lot. The gym is another one open to the public in the basement. I think it is still difficult to find and a bit inconvenient. Before checking out, I met the waiter who came to clean at 12 o'clock. I don't know if it was not communicated well or what. According to reason, it should be cleaned after checking out. If the original price and five-star standard, I feel there is room for improvement

Second, the hotel is in a good location. The old Jiefang Theater and Qingliang Mountain are right outside the door. Across the road is the bridge. You can see Pagoda Mountain on the bridge. Wanda and Erdao Street are across the bridge. It is very convenient for traveling and eating. It is recommended not to drive when going to Erdao Street, but to walk there. First, it is difficult to park, and second, it is easy to get stuck in traffic. Third, the bed in the hotel is very comfortable, the kind that you want to buy one yourself. I have to praise the hotel. There are 4 bottles of water in the room and 2 bottles in the refrigerator. It is very friendly and convenient for business travelers. Fourth, the service is good. The uncle at the door is very enthusiastic. He helps with luggage and opens the door. He looks very good when he smiles. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. The lobby is not big, but it is quite design-oriented. The big sister I met in the corridor was smiling, and it was good overall.

The hotel is an old star hotel. I like to live in this very heavy hotel. Unlike the hotel that has been remodeled in the building, although the facilities are very new, but the sound insulation is not good.

延安大酒店硬件非常好，走廊寬、房間大，雙床都是1.5米的，帶着孩子就是衝著這個大床去的，早餐也行。但酒店的管理太差了，走廊和房間的地毯都是一片片的地圖好像沒有清理過，晚上11點到的酒店，房間居然沒有換床單，被子下邊床單上手摸着一床的小顆粒，不知道啥東西，衞生間坐便竟然有沒有沖走的衞生紙，夜班服務員服務非常好，連夜又打掃了衞生換了床單，第二天到前台反映前台好像不以為然，顯示的五鑽感覺像過去的招待所。

房間很大，乾淨整潔，窗外就是青山，晚上特別特別安靜，沒有一絲聲音。酒店後面就有充電樁，非常的方便。酒店的兩位經理步雅潔和石永媛非常非常熱情nice，還有一位禮賓部負責的女同志也非常非常好，幫忙買了很多漂亮的小禮物，下次來一定再住棗園賓館！
