Nice hotel, suitable for vacation, just stay for a few days. There is a 7-11 convenience store nearby and Alipay is very convenient. The most important thing is that his wife is a diehard fan of Yukio Mishima who came to visit the Yukio Literature Museum specially. And my wife is a 30-year-old local Miss Xiguan in Guangzhou. I haven't seen snow before. This time, there was snow everywhere. You can see Mount Fuji not far away.

We stayed in a triple room with a view of Mt. Fuji. As soon as we arrived by car, the hotel staff welcomed us and helped us carry our luggage. The room is large, and as the name suggests, Mt. Fuji can be seen very close and has a great view. However, I am not good at unit buses, so the toilet, washroom and shower room were disappointing in a small space. I didn't use the shower room because there was a large bath, but I felt like I was forced to install it. I had a special French course for the meal, and it looked good and tasted good, and I was satisfied because I was able to serve it at a reasonable timing. I think it was just right for breakfast to choose * dishes from 4 types. Because it is a hotel that can stay with a dog, the service was gentle to the dog. I think it was comfortable without almost shortage of walking goods and toilet seat adhesive tape floor seats. There are many hotels that have no service to collect pet fees 々, but I think that's okay with Ones Resort. Dog run is 3. It was also good to be able to use it indoor rooftop and outdoor according to the situation.

We are glad to have stayed in Fuji Matsuzono Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3 and there was a small table with 2 chairs that allowed us to sit around to have some late night snacks and drinks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. When I approached them at 1am for an additional pillow, they immediately attended to the request. The bath area for the onsen was clean and spacious. The amenities provided were also good quality. There is also a great selection of food during breakfast. Most importantly, room was facing Mt Fuji and we managed to get a nice morning view of Mt Fuji when we woke up. The view was spectaculars and there is a nice courtyard that one can take nice photos with Mt fuji in the background. The hotel is also located in a very convenience location. Once you exit the hotel, you will see Lake Yamanakako and there were many eateries nearby, all within walking distance. As we drove, it was also convenience that Lawson and 7-11 is less than 5 min drive away. Will definitely visit again.

A quiet inn in a forest about a 10-minute walk from the shores of Lake Yamanakako. An inn with an image similar to that of a youth hostel. This stay was for 5 adults and was a room with a board space between 8 tatami mats. The cospa was the best because it was split by 5 people. The check-in time was told in advance, but when the schedule changed and we arrived early, the front desk was absent. It seems that only one person is responding, and the phone seems to be difficult to connect. If you have any questions, it seems better to ask them all at once. Reception until 10pm. Room facilities include TV, refrigerator, kettle, tea / cup, and bath towel. There is no yukata or toothbrush. It was not cold at all because I paid a heating fee of 1000 yen and put a stove in the room in winter. Baths and wash basins use shared facilities. The bath is available from 19:00. There is no meal service, but there are several restaurants if you walk to the lake. At the inn there were cup noodle sales and vending machines. An inn with a style that you do yourself. There is no excess service, and I think that is reflected in the price. Comfortable enough.
Experience the best of Mount Fuji, saunas, BBQs, bonfires, and stargazing all in one place. Welcome to our glamping facility in Lake Yamanaka. Don't miss out on our popular dog-friendly rooms (reservations required).

Outstanding
SSanghiVThis Riyokan is a true gem. It’s located right next to the lake and the bus station! The accommodations are very clean, well appointed and extremely comfortable. The authentic food is outstanding, with a delicious breakfast spread that rivals 5 star hotels! The real hidden gems though, are the family members who put their heart and soul into running this humble yet amazing place, and treating all guests like family. The son and father of the family actually took time out of their busy schedule, to drive and show us around the area (unsolicitedly), and guided us with our trip in every way possible. Honestly, ईंट felt like we were visiting our Japanese family for vacation :) Yet another example of true Japanese warmth and hospitality that we were fortunate enough to experience on what’s been a wonderful trip! Yoeshi san wa, domo aarigato gosaima****a!
YYaang LiuVery comfortable and spacious place. Recommend.
The landlord is friendly. He showed the flexibility and delivered my breakfast in advance in the night, which enabled me to depart to the Fuji mountain for a long distance and time consuming trail early in the next morning.
GGuest UserSecond visit. Mt. Fuji is clear in winter. In the morning, I went to the illumination square in front of the restaurant because it was Akafuji before sunrise. From the right end to red purple, when the sunrise started at about 1 / 3, I returned to the magnificent Fuji, but the sunrise on the left, the full moon on the upper right, and Mt. Fuji in the middle. I have to see this. Under the sunrise is the sea of clouds in Lake Yamanaka. The view that there is everything to see. Since there are many families, the rooms are large and you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from all rooms. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.

Kky917The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but it is no problem if you travel by car.
The design and decoration of the hotel are very fashionable, clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is quiet, and you can see deer, kittens, etc. The hotel has two private hot springs for bathing. You can use it by making an appointment with the staff. The basic ladies' toiletries are all available, and the hair dryer is from Dyson✨
The hotel staff were very helpful and patient. I had a problem with my car when I was traveling by car. I needed to call the local police and get a report for insurance compensation. Thanks to the staff who always helped me communicate in Japanese, it made things a lot easier and saved me a lot of worry. 👍All the staff are very helpful. Although I only stayed for one night, I felt very comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel. Although Lake Kawaguchi is more popular, Lake Yamanaka is also good. It is close to Shiratorihama and you can have close contact with many swans😆

It was a great trip! I was greeted by two kind and interesting staff members who made me feel very at ease. The curry meal that was included in the accommodation fee was also very delicious! It was a self-service style, such as arranging the curry and laying out the futon in the room, but we liked the casual atmosphere. I also thought it was a waste not to be able to use the open-air bath, but the large communal bath felt good enough and I was satisfied. When I woke up in the morning, there was snow on the ground, and the view from the bathroom window was wonderful. Anyway, it was an inn that I would like to stay at again because of the friendliness of the staff. They helped the customers remove the snow from their cars as they were leaving and saw them off. thank you very much. (^-^) The white wine was also delicious! !

GGuest UserBecause it was a corner room, it is occupied by Mt. Fuji alone from the room! The meal was never a lot of items, but the seasoning was very good. The soup of the miscellaneous boiling was the best. The room was on the bed by fukafuka and toilet bus, and the public bath was complete and nice. There was one difficulty and there was no key locker in the dressing room. There is a free locker at the entrance of the bath, so the valuables are left there.
GGuest UserCould not arrive to the hotel because trains got cancelled due to a typhoon. This was nobody’s fault but the hotel didn’t want to show any sign of goodwill and waive at least a part of the cancellation fee. Just kept repeating their policy. Lets the customer bear all the costs of a natural disaster. Disappointing, not customer friendly at all.
