Pension Marie Reviews

I was worried about whether I would be able to get a reservation during the Obon festival, but I managed to get a room at Pension Marie near Lake Yamanaka. Apparently it's run by a Chinese person, and as soon as I arrived they served me Chinese jasmine tea, which was very fragrant and delicious. I was only staying overnight, but the person who I think was the wife of the owner treated me very kindly and with great care. I left something behind, but when I contacted them they responded immediately and sent it to me. I'm very grateful.

The room was very nice, especially the boss, who is from Heilongjiang in Northeast China. He was warm and considerate. He drove to Wuhekou to pick me up. The next morning, as suggested by the boss, I got up early and went to the lake to see Mount Fuji at sunrise. During the day, I rode a bicycle along the lake. We went on an aquatic vehicle to the lake to see the swans feeding the swans, and to Oshino Hakkai to visit the hot springs. Finally I couldn't ride any more and the lady boss drove me to pick me up. This hostel is really a good choice. When I woke up early, I saw herds of deer traveling outside the window. it's actually very good. The food is also very good!

The boss was super nice and welcoming. He even sent us to the station, recommended delicious food to us, and boiled eggs for us when we left. Super nice! He is really super nice! Recommend!

The host is very friendly. Although I didn't see Mount Fuji on a cloudy day, the host's enthusiasm completely made up for this regret. I hope I can come here for vacation next time
