Opt for the cheapest room shape to give me a view of the river, good scenery, a quiet little town, highly recommended.

The basics were not done and the basic service was poor. First of all, it seems that you check in with a terminal, but in the end you get the key from the staff and tell them the meal time, so there is no point in checking in with a terminal. I tried drinking some tap water, but the aftertaste was still bad and I couldn't drink it! It was time to eat, so I thought I would move, but there was no information about the dining venue, so I moved to the first floor thinking it might be the first floor. Other guests didn't seem to know either, so I asked the staff on the first floor. When I looked at the receipt, it said "2nd floor" in small letters, so it was hard to notice. When we arrived at the dining area, we told the staff our room number, and they confirmed it and guided us to the number written on the table. They should have written the room number on the table from the beginning, but they were slow and customers were already lined up. They are really inefficient. The food that was placed at the beginning seemed to have been prepared quite early, so it was dry and dehydrated! The sushi rolls were also the worst. But the food after that was delicious. Tea and water are self-service and you have to go and get them yourself. The hot springs in Yamaga are good, but they seem to have a bit too much chlorine, so your hands get dry after you get out. When I went to the breakfast area the next morning, there were about 20 customers lined up. Just like at night, I told the staff my room number and they took a long time to look at the book and find the table number. I feel like they're stupid! This inn has the same level of service as a national guesthouse. The price for this stay was 18,300 yen per person for one night with dinner and breakfast. I think there are better inns for this price.

There is a system where you bring your yukata from the side of the elevator, but there is no guidance at all, and no one asks about dinner or breakfast times, and there is no guidance. The toilet doorknob in the room is broken and you can't open it once you close it, and the lock on the safe is broken, and I wish they would reconsider the service industry from scratch. The food was good so it's still a relief.

I had booked a hot spring inn deep in the mountains of Kumamoto, but was advised to cancel due to the possibility of snowfall, so I had no choice but to cancel. I had to find accommodation for the next day in a hurry, and couldn't find the accommodation I wanted, so I booked here. It's a large inn for families, so I think everyone will have different tastes. I think the quality of the hot springs is good. It is convenient to be close to tourist spots in Yamaga such as Yachiyoza.
