Unexpectedly, I just called the front desk to tell me that I would go to the gym later and asked the hotel to help wash the clothes and send them to the room. I didn’t expect to receive such a surprise after I came back (it is really helpful for people who work out) , later I learned from the front desk that it was the front desk staff’s own fascia gun, and it was specially lent to me. I have never encountered such a considerate hotel, love it!

Come to Ya'an Bifeng Gorge to see the panda, the hotel booked is unexpectedly good. It looks inconspicuous outside, parking is very convenient, the room is clean, stylish and warm. When checking in, the whole family was standing there, no one poured water, no one helped with the luggage, and no one helped to take it over and click it. What impressed me most was that I lost my room card and went to the front desk to get a replacement. I just remembered: I need it tomorrow. Bring two cards over. If you lose one card, you will be charged 50. When I stayed in a hotel 20 years ago, I had to pay a few cents for this thing. Later, few people made money from this. You can see how much it costs on Taobao. Use data in the room. It feels like a group of people who have never seen money are running this so-called three or four-star hotel. Then after leaving, they call and send text messages to ask for good reviews and return them to the staff. No.... The hotel's hardware facilities are relatively new and the room hygiene is OK. If I were a shareholder of this hotel, I would first change the management team responsible for the operation. I would not stay there again or recommend it to my friends.

Recommended for business trips, the room window is next to the residential area, quiet at night, the surprise is that there is a cave on the 5th floor, there is a chess and card private room, the garden terrace water bar, the creation is very warm, summer night here to eat a barbecue and drink a bottle of beer is a bit comfortable, haha sparrow is small and complete. Facilities: The central air-conditioning and floor heating of the newly opened B&B are very effective. Since we arrived late, the boss thoughtfully turned on the air-conditioning in advance. It was super warm as soon as we entered the room: the projection in the room was great, and the baby was very happy.

We did feel like they were not used to having foreigners stay. There is parking available in an underground parking lot. The guard was helpful and showed us where to go. It's very quiet around, it was wonderful experience for me to stay hearing bird sounds and see fantastic foggy scenery in the morning. I believe you would enjoy atmosphere of Bifengxia!
