服務：很小的事情都能服務到位，還主動給我們升級了房間
雙人特色套餐:贈送的竟然分量這麼足，味道也很好

2019年蒙頂山花間堂開業時來過一次，時隔五年故地重遊。
因為第一次住宿體驗非常不錯，所以這次到蒙頂山又選擇了花間堂，結果體驗衹能説差強人意。
1、我們晚上十點左右到酒店，門口空無一人，沒有人引導和幫忙拿行李。
2、前台錄入身份證訊息後，工作人員衹交代了早餐時間和地點，其他酒店訊息和各種設施一概沒説。
3、工作人員將我們送到房間所處位置，沒有詢問或者主動提出幫拿行李上樓。因為房間是在二層，需要上一段不算短的台階。
4、早餐廳門口沒有任何人詢問房間號，也沒有人引導到用餐座位。
5、早餐食材品質不好，雅安也算是交通比較便利的城市，早餐水果全是邊角料，甚至不如寧夏沙漠裏的酒店早餐提供的水果。
6、用餐過程中，餐廳服務人員不看不問，就一而再地把客人的餐盤餐具收走。對食物造成極大浪費不説，客人的體驗真的太差了！
總的來説，在雅安蒙頂山花間堂就是完全體驗不到任何服務。希望酒店方好好改進

花間堂環境自然是好的，每個院落都幽靜又帶點野趣，房間不錯，特別是茶室很有特色，需要改進的是餐飲，廚藝真的要大力提升啊，早餐正餐品相口味都不行，和其他花間堂餐飲水平相比差距很大

每次來雅安都住的花間堂，但這次應該是最後一次，房間裏有3個蟑螂，還有一個巴掌大的蜘蛛沒打到，讓酒店重新安排了一個房間，結果發現還有一個死蟑螂，太晚了衹能將就睡

別人推薦的這家酒店，入住後很喜歡，房間夠大，設計很棒，喜歡這種裝修風格，兩三家人一個院子很舒適，房間乾淨，停車場還有幾個充電樁（3個慢充，1個快充），對電車朋友很友好，下次來雅安還要住他們家，離蒙頂山很近，開車10-20分鐘吧，離城區吃東西，買一些生活用品，逛特產也很方便，門口有共享電瓶車，幾分鐘就到。提個小小建議:有充電樁的位置，建議酒店預留電車停放，或者讓油車司機留下聯繫電話，方便挪車。
