我在這家酒店度過了一段美好的時光。剛抵達時，前台工作人員小靜，小熊，琪琪熱情迎接，迅速辦理入住手續，並貼心介紹酒店設施和周邊景點。進入房間，整潔舒適，佈置温馨。晚上咖啡廳點餐，服務員態度親切，推薦的小吃很棒[愉快]。第二天早上，享用的早餐也很不錯，退房時，工作人員高效處理，還詢問入住體驗，讓人感覺備受尊重。整個服務過程無微不至，讓人印象深刻，下次出行還會選擇這家酒店。

來雅安一定要住的酒店，它可太美了，雅安這個地方已經來了很多次，但十次總有7、8次的下雨天，還好這次沒有下雨，很喜歡這家酒店，一樓院子被綠植包圍着，下午可以在酒店院子裏喝茶聊天，冬天還可以在院裏圍爐煮茶，早餐也很豐富隨便造，酒店還可以送早餐到房間，晚上還有晚安甜品，實在是太幸福啦，服務也貼心單位，有任何問題都能馬上解決，工作人員們小姐姐們小熊，燕子，靜靜真的很熱情，來雅安旅遊的寶寶們選這家酒店絕對沒錯！！！我們在網上定的，性價比很高！！！真的很推薦這家酒店！！！

先説停車場，酒店自己並沒有地下或者地上停車場，是隔壁卓達廣場的地下停車場。不方便。行李拿的多的真的有點具體。
進門之後大廳服務人員還行，有熱毛巾，有熱茶和糖果提供。就是不送到房間，不好評價
然後是上樓，非常狹窄的走廊，房間裏面沒有衣架沒有衣櫃，衣服都沒得地方掛，然後是燈的開關東一個西一個的
然後是熱水，越洗越冷，真的有點扯。
早上5點左右被煙嗆醒，整個屋子充滿了油煙味，我簡直懷疑我這房間是個煙道，8點多走出過道的時候差點給我嗆吐，整個過道全是油煙味
