This is my first time volunteering to review a hotel. A treasure hotel booked by accident. Needless to say about the environment, at the foot of Zhougong Mountain, there are many mountains, lush bamboos and forests, which has the artistic conception of cultivating immortals in a paradise. As for the hotel, it is newly opened. Although the customer service staff are a little nervous for fear of not doing well, it does not prevent them from doing every detail thoughtfully and carefully. When checking in, the girl at the front desk took our bags and sent them directly to the room. She introduced the facilities in the room and the services that could be provided before leaving. Then came the exquisite welcome fruits and souvenirs. I have to say that tourism services still have to look at Sichuan! The bonus point must be the Guhai hot spring that comes with the hotel. It is a bit salty and I feel like I have been soaked hahahaha. The water is clean and open 24/7. It feels like taking a bath in your own back garden. After taking a dip in the soup, take a swim, perfect! Not to mention the very cost-effective barbecue and the free breakfast with a wide variety of high-quality ingredients. My family has not yet left the hotel and is already planning their next stay. I hope we can maintain this kind of service and quality, and of course we hope the price can always be friendly hehe. I would like to make a suggestion, although the hotel pursues service attitude, it should adhere to necessary principles. For example, a guest asked to bring barbecue to the hot spring area to eat, and the waiter informed the hotel that due to safety reasons, the barbecue cannot be eaten in the hot spring area. But the customer said he would pay attention, but the service staff did not insist. The basic principles of a hotel cannot be abandoned just because some guests are not well-educated.

The children loved it, which made me very happy. 😁 Secondly, they would light a bonfire at night. They would scald sweet potatoes and potatoes in the bonfire. I sat and chatted with strangers and ate sweet potatoes. It was a good rural experience. There is also a horse farm next door where you can see horses. This homestay was opened in 21 years, but the infrastructure was not completed, and the wooden door frame wardrobe was seepage and damp. The most terrible thing is that the quilt is too thick. The air conditioner is very hot when it is turned on at 17 degrees. The 8 of us were all hot because of the thick quilt and did not sleep well. I hope the store will improve on this point. The room is good in all aspects, the hardware is passable, and the service is also good. I thought I was late and came back the next day. I contacted the front desk to discuss checking out a little later, and they enthusiastically agreed. Parking is convenient. Special thanks to the two front desk girls for their enthusiastic service. I was embarrassed to ask. I took a picture of my name on my work badge. They were warm, thoughtful and considerate. It was a happy ending to the trip to Western Sichuan.

When we couldn't understand the language, they politely responded using a translation app on their smartphones. Also, when we requested a taxi, if we had any trouble, they told us to contact them on Wechat and followed us until we arrived at the hotel. However, I wish you would have called the taxi company instead of hailing a taxi on the street. I thought I would be able to stay more securely if there was a taxi contracted with the hotel or a courtesy car for sightseeing spots. Anyway, thank you for your help during our stay.
