Family-friendly Hotels in Xuzhou

The hotel environment is very good. There is a commercial area around it. You can see it from the room. The slippers and hairdryer in the room are placed a little hidden. There is also a folding table. The room is a bit small, but the things are very complete. The front desk staff is very good. Checking in was a bit troublesome and required a signature. The customer service also called us to ask what time we would arrive and arranged a quieter room. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel's location is in the center of Xuzhou, making it very convenient to go anywhere. Go to Fengchu Street and Xuzhou Museum for the starting price. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to Fuguo Street and Hubeshan Night Market. I will stay here again if I have the chance in the future!

As it is in a convenient location. I have stayed in this hotel few times a year and qnd wonder when the coffeer shop will be open for lunch and for diner. so far they open only open for breakfast (western and Chinese).Besides the Chinese restaurant second floor that is always empty, no decent restaurant close to the hotel, therefore bring your instant noodled with you. Room service is available though, but do not be in a hurry, choice is not wide, and, your meal may take over an hour to come..... This explain most likely why the hotel always rooms available.

I love every minute i spend there , this is my third time dwelling there , the service offered by front desk is awesome and friendly , i love the breakfast is really satisfying with varieties chinese and western . Its 7stars for me , splendid experience

I made a reservation for a friend and stayed at Xuzhou Harbor Plaza Hotel many times. Everything is very good. The transportation is convenient, the environment is beautiful, and the surrounding restaurants are very convenient. The executive standard room is spacious and quiet, giving you a very good rest. A few suggestions. The air conditioning fan in the room is a bit loud when it is started, and the lighting in the room is a bit dim. I hope it can be improved appropriately.

The staff were very informative at check in advising of some of the facilities that had been closed due to Covid restrictions and changed location of the breakfast room. Going down to breakfast was great - some very helpful staff and a great selection of food. The in-room option for breakfast (leaving the card on the door for collection at night) didn't happen - I'd attempted that twice and the card was still on the door in the morning. The delivery of extra water with the robot was very cute.

The hotel environment is very good, and the hotel staff service is also very good. The mini single room is much larger than expected (larger than the hotel picture), and it is a hotel interior room with a very good experience. 👍 Recommended

The hotel is very good in terms of location, hygiene, environment and service. The bad thing is that the first room is not soundproofed and you can hear the voices next door clearly. The floor heating in the second room is too hot, so the room temperature is still hot when you sleep with the window open. Did the hotel swear to roast all the guests?

The room is big, the parking lot is also big, parking is convenient, it is not far from the high-speed rail station, the room facilities are complete, the hot water is also very good, the front desk staff has a very good attitude, recommended us barbecue, the front desk has warm water, and there is freshly ground coffee, which is very friendly to people who drive themselves. The hotel is in a great location, right by Yunlong Lake, and the air is great. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the lake. It's really refreshing to walk along the greenway, very beautiful. The main meal delivered is a set meal for two, the quantity is amazing, and it is definitely enough for 4 people. The garlic fried fish was out on the first day, so it was replaced with pickled fish. I didn't want to eat set meal A on the second day, and I wasn't interested in set meal B. The foreman was very good and changed all the dishes, including stewed lamb with cabbage vermicelli, stir-fried meat with dried bamboo shoots, and stir-fried mud wormwood. The taste was very good, especially the lamb. The breakfast was very, very rich and tasted good, and the Xuzhou rice noodles were delicious. The overall service was great. The only drawback was that the toilet was too difficult to use, but the staff said it would be renovated and replaced in the near future.
