房間走廊過道的腳步聲，開關門的聲音以及隔壁房間放水的聲音，清晰可聽，隔音差，洗手盆放水容易濺水一身，沒有毛巾架。周邊在施工，入口出入視線不好，行車要謹慎。設施新，房間乾淨整潔。整個城市安靜鬆弛。酒店位置周邊有商超，對面有個小的綠地公園。附近還有農貿市場。

超出預期 宣威的天氣很舒適 酒店外面雖然修路但不影響交通，而且窗外就是梧桐樹景 對面是政府辦公單位 旁邊武裝部 覺得非常安全 房間也很新 乾淨衞生 但是唯一缺點洗手枱裏面池子太淺 很容易水濺一地
