酒店服務特別棒，衞生也乾淨，早餐也好吃，停車位超級充足自駕友好。充電器落在房間了，還主動打電話告知，陳碧美女貼心的離店關懷服務真心贊。宣恩是一座友好的旅遊城市，以後還會再來，還會定金典君瀾大酒店。

酒店必須給好評，位置好距離文瀾橋、墨達樓都不遠，附近的張關合渣、宏興烤魚都很好吃，晚上去坐竹筏也不遠，可以走路也可以打車。酒店設施很不錯，超出預期，床墊和枕頭都很舒適，洗髮水沐浴露是定製的大瓶裝，檸檬味道特別好聞，但我忘記拍照了😀，總結來宣恩特別推薦這個酒店，絕對滿意！

設施：畢竟新建的酒店，設施設備還是不錯的
衞生：真的很乾凈
環境，和諧
服務：重點説服務，前台小姐姐人美漂亮説話甜，雖然衹住一天，但是GRO幫提行李的服務沒想到會有。睡覺趟床上時候發現，居然有提供葯枕的service menu，一開始以為是收費的，給前台打電話説是免費提供，這一點超過預期了。客房阿姨送過來也很快，掛電話的前後腳吧。另外，説下房間的Amenity，住的酒店除非是五星級的知道入住有這麼個東東，但是一個縣城酒店能做到這一點也是用心了。沒有拍照，因為從入住到離開，都沒到12小時。感謝前台小姐姐和客房阿姨的熱情服務。如果，有機會會再入住的。恩施我們已經來4次了，宣恩龍舟就坐了3次，但衹有這次住的宣恩，一家酒店讓客人流連忘返的就是有一點或者兩點超過了他的想象，這樣一來，客人下次會再次選擇的。同作為一個酒店人，覺得這家酒店真的用心了。。遺憾沒拍照

酒店入門處很大氣 差不多是宣恩最好的酒店了 前台也都很熱心 還有棋牌室 有機器人可以幫忙遞送物品 服務態度很好
