酒店檔次很高，房間很乾凈衞生，早點品種齊全，小米粥非常地道，服務也非常好，退房直接放卡。總的來説非常好的一次住宿體驗。

和愛人兩個人出來玩 醒來後酒店一直有裝修的嗡嗡聲 我一個孕婦聽的耳朵都要炸了 提出非常惡劣的投訴

老牌酒店，房間設施略顯陳舊，打電話問游泳池開到幾點，回覆説正在裝修，不能用，略有遺憾。早餐算豐盛，假期人很多，吃的有些費時。總體還好。

（行政）雙床房，不知（行政）在哪裡，行政酒吧、行政餐廳什麼也沒有，被“莫名行政”了；早餐時服務員打掃桌面不乾淨；早上9:30前台退房、開發票竟然衹有一個工作人員，後面一家四口擠到前台來辦手續，第一次在五星級酒店見到，忻州古城宣傳的不錯，這酒店啊……
