前台的工作人員服務很有禮貌，説話很温柔，讓人感覺很舒服。wy酒店裡的小路兩旁有很多路燈，lsj晚上散步的時候很安全，也很有氛圍。房間乾淨整潔，環境很好。

客房的窗户很大，採光很好，lsj早上拉開窗簾就能看到外面的美景，衞生間很乾凈，乾濕分離做得很好，用起來很方便。

服務態度好，前台男服務員也很盡職盡責，昨天想要加一床被子，很積極的給客人解決問題，滿足需求。環境衞生也很nice，大家去忻州泡温泉一定要來試試哦

温泉中心的池子很多，可以根據自己的心情和需求選擇不同的池子，很方便。酒店裡的親子房設施很齊全，在一個公共區域lsj的客廳裏有很多玩具和遊樂設施，帶小孩的玩的時候很方便。房間乾淨整潔，滿意。

酒店裡的餐廳環境很好，菜品lsj也很豐富，無邊泳池的周圍有很多躺椅，累了wy可以躺下來休息，享受陽光和微風。前台工作人員提供雨傘，以防下雨，很貼心。
