衞生差，熱水不熱。。電視看不了。WIFI還要跑去樓下前台問密碼。。房間的電話簡直是虛設 打到前台打不通。每個床衹有一個枕頭。

非常差！！！入住的時候房門打不開，每次開門還要找前台拿鑰匙上來才能開，環境又臟又臭，入住的時候廁所還有一灘水，床單枕套都起球了，Wi-Fi也用不了，衹能用自己的流量。拖鞋穿上去都是灰塵，原本都想將就住一晚，不想追究了。結果退房的時候落下了兩萬的鑽戒在桌子上，退房當天問，前台説不見，阿姨也説沒有，一點責任心都沒有，就説一句輕飄飄的不見，那麼貴重的東西，難道一個鑽戒放桌上都看不見嗎，都離開新興了，還説不知道，讓我自己來和阿姨對峙，推卸責任，阿姨不是你們自己請的嗎？沒有培訓搞衞生之前先檢查一遍房間嗎？要不是衹是來這邊旅遊暫住一晚，都想直接報警了，不是幾百幾千的事情，兩萬多的東西就這樣處理，太不像話了，強烈建議大家不要入住這個酒店！！！
