設施：很完善，房間還有小童玩具，親子房有三張床，這點非常好，床也睡得很舒服😌
環境：每個別墅邊上都是泳道，入住人多也不覺得擁擠
衞生：泳道看起來挺乾淨的
服務：入住的時候出了點小插曲，後面解決好了
不足的點：房間門卡沒號碼，工作人員自己也搞亂了

工作人員服務意識強，主動溝通詢問住宿情況，工作人員基本上有求必應，真的覺得來到這裏住，有家的感覺，舒服，自在，房間下來就是泳池，小朋友玩得不亦樂乎，下雨都不願上水

酒店设施丰富，有游泳，溫泉，遊乐场，小火车。真的3天才夠玩。
但前枱人员培训可以加強，我订的套歺要主动问工作人员才知道我的订单还有其他项目包含在內。然後我订了3天2晚，第2天有人打电话问我退房了吗？就觉得很多都不清不楚。可是设施是不錯的👍🏻一家玩得很开心。
