The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

We had a very nice stay in this Hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to provide information needed. The room was also nice and spacious. It’s comfortable to go around the city because the location is convenient. Thank you Qinghai Hotel for accommodating us.🤗

The room is clean and quiet, and the room is warm. The breakfast variety is not too much, but the nutrition is enough. The most worth mentioning is that it is very close to the train station, only 10 minutes walk.

The staff service at the concierge department was remarkable. There was a concierge guy who was very interesting. When I asked for his name, he humorously told me that his name was Li Bin from the concierge department. This impressed me deeply. The guy's service was excellent and he didn't mind our luggage. They were many and heavy, and we enthusiastically delivered our luggage to the car, which was very convenient for our travels.

The waitress sent it to the door of the room. The hotel is in a good location with beautiful surroundings. Parking is convenient. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk service is very good, especially the front desk staff Xiao Guo and Xiao Guan. The service is warm and gives people a warm feeling! Everyone is very polite and smiling. Anyway, it is bigger than the 400-a-night homestay in a small county next to Beijing. There is breakfast, and the staff are polite. It is not like a pigeon cage, and it is especially like a star hotel. It is high-end and upscale. I recommend staying here! By the way, the mineral water in the hotel is also delicious~

The hotel's catering was good overall, with fresh ingredients and rich and varied dishes. Whether it was the rich choice of breakfast or the exquisite dishes for dinner, they all satisfied the enjoyment of the taste buds. The gym, swimming pool and other supporting facilities are also readily available, and the housekeeper Li Yingzi's team is always enthusiastic and polite. Because I placed the order too quickly, I forgot to order breakfast. Chen helped me find a way and sent me a breakfast. It is almost the peak season now, and the hotel is also taking over group tours; but I think their service attitude is very good and impartial, whether it is for individual travelers or groups, which is very good. The use effect is very good! The breakfast room is very environmentally friendly, there are many varieties, and the taste is good! There is also afternoon tea. Jingtian pure water is free, this is the second hotel I have encountered.
