很滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店位置好找，旁邊就是王府井超市，對面就是水井巷小吃街，有好多當地特色小吃，晚上離大新街也是也很近，酒店設施齊全，有免費的自助洗衣房，早餐種類也很多，足夠吃的飽飽的，尤其是前台服務值得表揚，交話費交錯了交到別人手機上，尋求前台幫忙，前台美女很耐心的幫忙諮詢和操作，第二天交錯的話費退回來了，打心底裏感謝你們，房間環境衞生都不錯，無線網很流暢，下次還會選擇入住，推薦給大家

這次入住星程酒店，真的驚艷到我了，必須要來誇一誇它的環境。一踏入酒店大堂，開闊明亮的空間、精緻考究的裝修，瞬間讓人心情舒暢。前台工作人員熱情專業，辦理入住高效便捷，大堂休息區還擺放着鮮花綠植，香氣宜人，給人温馨之感。房間更是沒得説，採光極佳，透過落地窗能俯瞰城市美景。床鋪柔軟舒適，整潔如新，每一處細節都彰顯着品質，衞生間乾濕分離，沒有一絲異味，洗浴用品也都是高品質的，香氣宜人。酒店公共區域同樣出色，健身房器材齊全，隨時能揮灑汗水；花園清幽雅緻，漫步其中，疲憊一掃而空。在這家酒店，處處都能感受到舒適與愜意，下次出行還選這兒！

此次入住星程酒店，真的被其卓越的衞生服務驚艷到，必須點贊！從踏入房間那刻起，一切都整潔如新。床鋪平整，床單潔白如雪，沒有一絲褶皺或污漬，湊近細聞，還有陽光曬過的清新氣息，讓人安心躺卧。衞生間更是一塵不染，馬桶、浴缸光亮潔凈，連角落都不見水漬水垢，洗漱用品擺放規整。酒店的公共區域同樣保持高標準，走廊無雜物，電梯轎廂每日消毒擦拭，扶手鋥亮。工作人員隨時在清理，態度認真，看見垃圾瞬間清理，毫無拖沓。這種對衞生細節的嚴格把控，給住客營造出無比舒適、放心的居住環境，下次出行還選這兒！
