The hotel has complete facilities, is clean and hygienic, and has a washing machine, dryer and parking lot, which is very convenient!
The hotel staff have very good service. The front desk is enthusiastic and thoughtful, introducing delicious and fun things, and giving toiletries and lollipops to the children. When entering, there is a handsome guy who helps carry the luggage to the room. When leaving, the screws of the car are loose and the trunk cannot be closed. I originally wanted to borrow a screwdriver, but two staff members came directly to help and screwed it on for me.
The hotel's breakfast is very rich!

設施：沒有空調😓😓😓，入住這天西寧31度，房間里居然還開着暖氣！關掉後還是有餘熱，讓我睡得滿頭大汗，雖然説提前一天打電話聲明沒空調，但也不能誤導我説西寧很涼快不需要冷氣吧？上當的感覺，洗衣房衹有一套LG洗衣機和烘衣機（不過洗烘效果和速度還算快），永遠在排隊
衞生：還不錯，整理及時
環境：一般，在虎台公園旁邊，那正對公園門的大土丘看起來有點恐怖的樣子，還好查了資料不是墓而是點將台
服務：除了沒空調其它還是挺貼心的，東西遺落了還主動打電話來告知，感謝！早餐還不錯，但位置有點少，還好收拾得快。

比較糟心，我衹能是給出差評。此酒店應是其他老酒店改造重新裝修而的，電梯上還留有其他酒店的名字，總體環境、衞生、設施等均一般，與其他漢庭酒店存在一定的差距。。因為較為疲倦，晚上較早入睡，夜間0點左右房間鈴聲大作，驟然驚醒，是門口機器人送餐，可我並未購買外賣，前後響了三、四遍，在致電前台後才恢復平靜，且前台服務員並無絲毫歉意。睡眠無故被打斷，再難入睡，體驗極差。中午退房時和前台服務員講了此事，對方顯得輕描淡寫，敷衍了事。

離博物館美術館很近，附近有兩個超市。可是服務一進來就給人感覺不好，我們去前台登記入住那位矮矮胖胖的先生，拿着我們的手機一通操作，原來是幫我們註冊會員，啥都不説，房間也沒提醒我們靠馬路的比較吵。我們上樓放下行李，就趕着去博物館，吃完飯晚上回來，開窗就才發現原來靠馬路的房間超吵的，然後關窗又不行，因為它沒空調會很悶，衹能又跑下樓去重新換房。第二天出門發現原來酒店旁邊就有一家老字號。

一直很不願意給差評，但是在入住期間出現了嚴重的安全隱患。在我們入住的當晚，大概1點到1點半之間，有陌生人拿房卡刷開了我們房間的門。當晚外面比較吵，我們睡得很淺，聽到動靜立馬醒了，並且喝止了來人。他很快退了出去，並且解釋説弄錯了房間，並且在門外與前台打電話。可如果僅僅是弄錯了房號，為什麼他的卡可以刷開我們的房門？漢庭作為連鎖酒店，連顧客的基本安全都不能保證嗎？
