酒店位置很好，房間也很舒服。就是酒店時間久了，部分設施有些舊，可是並不影響狀整體的入住體驗。興義城不大，從酒店出發，步行就可以到達熱鬧的後備箱集市，鄒記雞肉湯圓、貴陽花姐糖水鋪也都在附近，開車到萬峯林、馬嶺河、萬峯湖距離都不太遠。

位置很優越，在興義市中心，正對着桔山廣場，附近有商場和公園，穿過廣場對面就是黔西南自治州博物館值得一看，關於夜郎國的展覽。去萬峯林30分鐘車程，去馬嶺河15分鐘車程，都很方便。
酒店的服務和設施都不錯，衞生乾淨，每天都會送一盤當季水果。
贈送的咖啡券和萬峯林景區門票有加分。
有自己的停車場，入住時間都可以自由進出，很方便，無需頻繁去前台登記。
缺點1早餐人太多了，餐廳不夠大，跟集市似的，咖啡機衹有一台人多需要排隊等候。
缺點2馬桶雖然是智能的，但是使用起來不方便，紙很容易堵馬桶。
