整體體驗來説很好，尤其早餐味道不錯，晚上小朋友想吃泡麪，去大廳賣東西，價格和外面基本同價，這個值得點贊。略有不足就是需要水，電話打了，但是沒有送，服務需要提升。作為4鑽酒店來講，服務人員和酒店規模沒有匹配。

房間還不錯，早餐比較簡單。周圍很荒涼，大多都是團隊來。晚上酒店餐廳不讓散客用餐，儘管餐廳服務員很熱心，幫忙和廚房商量了，但廚房以沒有足夠食材和要為團餐準備為由，拒絕為我們提供服務。我們是肯定不會再來了

房間衞生乾淨，明亮，陽台看園林景色非常好，衞生間，浴室洗漱間寬大。欠缺是房間開暖氣躁聲大，衞生間玻璃門能貼上一層防走光玻璃紙更好。
