酒店位置在景區內湖邊。酒店設施老舊、衞生狀況一般，早餐不是自助的、每人一份、所配的東西沒有品質 腸 類似午餐肉的東西等，晚餐在酒店的餐廳吃的、感覺不好、做的很一般。若去酒店周邊吃東西很不方便，要上去很高的坡且距離也不近。與酒店聯營的遊船是遊湖的項目、專為遊湖而去能不乘一下嗎？但船老舊且價格高。酒店這個在湖邊山底的位置使得酒店在夏季悶熱！完全沒有了興義夏季的涼意。周圍景區湖邊垃圾不少，給人印象很不好。一次令人遺憾的居住、遊玩體驗。

如果特地去就算了，夏天房間外蟲子較多。主要是去看吉隆堡夜景，非常漂亮，早餐的麪特別好吃。

因為小朋友喜歡城堡，住在這個酒店。房間帶小陽台，打開窗簾就能看見城堡。衹是設施過於陳舊，電視也不好調台，早餐又少味道也一般，整體來説很一般。

酒店位於吉隆堡旁邊，附近可以坐遊輪玩萬峯湖，吉隆堡步行過去衹要10分鐘。酒店的地理位置非常好，屬於景區一線風景地帶。酒店停車場與吉隆堡景區停車場公用一個，位置較緊張。酒店沒有電梯，服務員會主動幫你搬行李的。酒店外觀很好，但房間內部件看起來像90年代的賓館，很是驚訝。酒店最好的房間是他們的單間，位於2樓，擁有獨立的陽台，可以開門就看見吉隆堡。酒店周邊環境非常好，各類飛蟲非常多，記得關上紗窗，不然房間就會成為動物園的。酒店早餐很簡單，基本都是預製包點，沒什麼可以吃的。酒店周邊有一個農貿集市，非常實惠，出門左轉，開車7分鐘就能看到，比萬峯湖景區門口的集市好太多了。後來入住萬峯林下納灰村，都開車40房分鐘，來這裏買水果。火龍果2元一斤，糯米香蕉10元三斤。還有各類從山裡出來的蘑菇。一個沒被外界商業化的集市，比萬峯林的流動集市好太多了。

酒店風景很好，可以看到古堡，從度假村出發去山頂看城堡也很近。就是路有點窄，遇到對面來車，很難後退和錯車，最好騎電動車上去或者走上去。

定了兩間雙床，登記明確表示都不要尾房，還是給我了一個尾房。新換的這間打開門就聞到一股不可名狀的“人味”，以為是上個客人汗比較大，住的比較久，就趕緊打開窗户出去玩了。晚上回來味道一點都沒有減弱，忍不了又下樓要求再換，前台説沒房了，各種藉口，在我的強硬要求下給我一個面積較小的房間，開門以後覺得味道小很多就忍了。晚上睡到半夜不止一次被味道薰醒，忽然意識到是布草的味道，睡夢裡爬到隔壁床終於睡了半晚安穩覺。早上起來確認了果然是床品的味道。不知道是根本就沒有換新，還是布草太舊洗不乾淨了。兩間房裡另一間的布草味道就沒問題。本人經常住酒店，還第一次在同價位的酒店遇到布草味道大的問題，真的沒想到！舊了該扔就扔，一客一換是基本！
