We had a few misunderstandings with the reception staff, since no one spoke English properly and we couldn’t speak Chinese, still they mixed up a few things. They made processes, such as a later check in than expected and paying, more difficult than they should have been. However, the room was nice and clean, looked like in the pictures. The food from the room service was already cold, apart from that alright. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Laundry service was worth the price, as it was really good as well.

The location is good, next to the snack street and Kaiyuan Temple. Easy parking. The service provided by the lady at the front desk was very considerate. There was also a small piece of fruit when checking in. The breakfast buffet was delicious and suited my taste. This hotel is still highly recommended in Xingtai.

Nice hotel...Very nice location, just in between the railway station and Tienyi mall, which is at 5 minutes walking distance. Their breakfast is not served in the hotel but outside on a public square and it is way below the average. It looks more like lunch, it is too greasy and unhealthy. They should exclude this unealthy breakfast from their price, i.e. decrease the price for 15 rmb, and make it optional. Whoever wants can pay these 15rmb and eat that garbage.

I stayed in Xingtai on my way back to Beijing from a self-driving trip to Laojun Mountain in Henan. Location: Not too far away from the expressway, convenient. Environment: There is a free parking lot in front of her house, which is convenient for self-driving trips. It's convenient to eat around. Service: I called in advance for consultation. The service staff was very enthusiastic and explained in detail. Experience: Check-in is quick, there is an elevator, and the facilities are complete. Although it is not newly renovated, it is tidy and clean. The room size is suitable. Worth recommending.

The big bed room in this hotel is a one-person stay by default, and 1 bath towel is provided. If you need it again, you have to call, but the toiletries, slippers, and pillows are all double configurations.

The yard was full of cars. I thought the business here was really good. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was attracted by the two busy ladies at the front desk. I have stayed in so many hotels, and the front desk receptionists are mostly young girls. There are not many professional, mature and capable front desk receptionists like the one in front of me. The state of their work makes the whole lobby convey the atmosphere of a five-star hotel. At least I think the aura here is very strong at this time. When checking in, I asked one of the ladies if there was any place to eat nearby. I didn't expect her ability to figure out the guests' psychology to surprise me. She said that if we just want to eat home-cooked meals, there is a restaurant not far ahead. Her dumplings are delicious. She said that she often goes there with friends. Is it okay? I said I was just thinking about eating dumplings. It's great. She said, I'll give you my friend's phone number. She is a member of that restaurant. If you go to the restaurant to eat, you can enjoy the member price by showing this phone number. At this moment, I was overjoyed and suddenly felt that the lady in front of me seemed to be a messenger sent by God to guide me, a stranger, how to go and where to eat. Her enthusiasm for the beauty of adults made me, a hungry and tired traveler, feel inexplicably moved and satisfied. I learned from another lady at the front desk that she was also a manager. This was my first impression of Xingtai and Super 8. Of course, in addition to this, the hardware facilities of Super 8 are also impeccable. From all the details, we can see that the managers here have good aesthetics and care, which can be seen from the use of soft water equipment in the bath. After putting away the luggage, we went to the dumpling restaurant. Everything was as the female manager said. The dumplings and dishes were great, and we also enjoyed the treatment of members. After dinner, I returned to the hotel and lay on the bed. I had a deep thought. I repeatedly asked myself, what is travel? What is the meaning of travel? I think that traveling is to get close to a city, a village, a house and a tree that have been destined by fate, and the people waiting there. They are actually old customers in unfamiliar places.
