雖然我接受吸煙房，但是連續四個晚上都是被隔壁的鄰居抽煙的嗆醒；因櫃枱已經有事先提醒是吸煙區，但中央空調的狀態下，真的很不適合選擇着樣的環境住。

高級房都是低樓層，樓下是KTV，會比較吵，前台每次都會提醒，所以這次還是加錢升級了商務房，樓層高一些。

住過好幾次了，但這次住的9樓體驗是真差，一宿沒睡，不知是旁邊房間還是樓下房間打麻將打通宵到早上六點，很大聲叫喚和大笑，隔音是真差。有麻將房的能不能隔音做好一點，以後都不敢來住了

嚴重差評，樓下KTV唱到深夜，十分嘈，最過分的是明明知道第二天清早酒店電路檢查， 需要停電，沒有告知，黑燈瞎火的，水也煮不了，電吹風用不了，外賣也上不來，當即想走了，走的時候還得手提行李從高層走樓梯下去……去到前台退房，態度還不好，真的是無語至極
