第3次入住了，免費給我們升級了房型，乾淨整潔~前台小姐姐，餐廳阿姨的服務態度都很好，如沐春風~酒店離銀鱗沙灘很近，很方便娃玩沙沙~
酒店還提供了免費借挖沙工具，很nice~

酒店大環境很好，就在景區裏面，很有度假氛圍。設施設備還是偏老了，房間面積和佈局挺好的。早餐有一點太差了。距離早餐結束時間還有一刻鐘的時間我們去的早餐廳，客人很少，差不多都吃完走了，但是幾乎每一個桌子上堆滿了盤子和碗，沒有人收拾，我們甚至找不到一個地方可以坐下。工作人員全都在忙着收餐了，距離早餐結束還有10分鐘的時候幾乎已經快收完了，服務員跟我們講想吃什麼跟他們説他們單獨去拿。如果早餐時間實際是短半小時的，可以直接跟客人説明，這種用實際行動趕走客人的感受很不好

設施老，價格500多，淡季，酒店衞生一般，浴袍有不明黃色污漬，陽台玻璃晃動，開膠跡象明顯。服務人員跟欠了她錢一樣，特別是2月25日下午在餐廳坐班的姐們，玩着手機愛答不理，但是收服務費倒是挺積極。酒店管理名冊上有迷你吧，但是實際情況是一瓶飲料沒有，管理名冊上清楚告知迷你吧可以補充，但是送飲料上來還是要服務費。擁有國際化的收費模式與服務人員同樣高貴的身姿。早餐就不説了，一言難盡，收服務費的餐廳連一杯像樣的咖啡拿不出來，我衹知道韓國人喜歡喝這種濃度的“中葯”，來的朋友們注意，西昌酒店很多，請避雷這家。
