It was really hard to hesitate, so I decided to go back to the room where the bathroom door was broken. 1. There is nothing wrong with maximizing hotel revenue, but at least quality assurance is required. The bathroom door is broken, and the wallpaper on the room walls is damaged due to water leakage. It is really difficult to support the Ctrip score of 4.9. 2. There was a lack of professionalism in handling problems that occurred that day, and there was no follow-up. 3. The staff of the engineering department are sincere and pragmatic. Regarding the air conditioning problem, they were still on site to deal with it long after I left the room. 4. When checking out the next day, a lady at the front desk should be friendly, show concern and give a souvenir to express her apology. For us, the closed loop of souvenirs cannot improve the problems during the check-in process, and these items are not used. It is recommended that hotels control daily details and achieve value for money first.

This is my second stay. It was a great experience. There is a large courtyard outside the hotel where you can sit outside and drink tea and play cards. It's so comfortable. The service attitude of the staff is quite good. When we left the hotel, they asked us if we needed to bring two bottles of mineral water to drink on the road and gave us buckwheat tea. 酒店有接送站服務，這在西昌酒店中不多見，很好。酒店車壞了，派了員工自己的車來接，開車很穩。酒店工作人員包括保安大叔都很熱情，一到就免費升了豪華大床房，房間寬闊，暖氣充足，熱得快，一晚上開弱風也不冷。水壓強，熱水充足，唯一不足的是選擇出水方式的按鈕老是掉，每次都得調。很安靜，不在主路，睡得好。離邛海較遠，走路得有20分鐘到夢裡水鄉。房間乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，有吹風，房間燈多，明亮。窗户大，透氣好。電視大，節目都是高清的，跟在家裡一樣。安全性高，走廊有鋪地毯，不會有噪聲。早餐選擇性多，想吃麪或粉就跟嬢嬢説，態度都很好，都説普通話。一看就是專門培訓過的。

After getting the room card, as we are elderly people who are more sensitive to quiet sleep, we listened in the room again with Jia Jia. Although it was a bit quieter than the previous room, we still felt the buzzing sound of the AC current. Without saying a word, she took the initiative to take us to Room 3203 in Xiaofeng Building to let us feel and confirm that the room was very quiet. Then she contacted the front desk again to help us change rooms to Xiaofeng Building, and helped us carry more and heavier luggage twice. She also called a concierge car to take us to Xiaofeng Building. We were very touched and felt that we could not express our gratitude enough after expressing our gratitude again and again. Although the hotel's facilities and equipment may have various faults or problems as they run for a long time, the five-star high-level management, the waiters' thoughtful and enthusiastic service and respect for the needs of the guests can completely move and melt all the problems and flaws. This is the most commendable, touching and praise-worthy stay experience we have had in high-star hotels for many years. We stayed in the VIP Hotel for two days and had a good rest. The hotel environment and the Sky Mirror are also very beautiful. I have been to Xichang many times. I used to live on the West Bank near the Lushan Scenic Area. This time I changed to a hotel on the East Bank. It feels very good. Originally scheduled for the west area, the hotel was upgraded to the east area for free. The east area is close to the lake, and is close to Dashiban Village and Jinlin Beach. The water quality on the east bank is very clear and transparent. After playing, you can go back to the hotel to soak in the hot spring. Kelly, the hotel's little butler, is also very enthusiastic. The hotel's environment and breakfast are also good. I will try again next time I have a chance.
