房間整體來説還可以，客房部的服務打掃蠻乾淨的。酒店環境也不錯，出行非常方便，到火車站衹需20分鐘即可。就是早餐實在不咋地，品種太少太少，端出來的餅（就放在油條旁邊的那個油餅）都是冷的，每天都是這樣感覺隔了幾天了一點都不新鮮。早餐拿出來的都應該當天做的不是嗎，為啥這個餅就是冷得，吃得客人都再説。希望早餐品種有待於創新提升一下，否則與海悦大酒店名稱不相符。這種早餐水平還達不到四鑽酒店。

酒店設施不值五星；大清早被無辜叫早，問前台也不知所以然：最接受不了的住16層房間裏還有很多蚊子，咬了全身幾十個包。
