服務熱心，免費升級了房間，規劃遊覽路線和地點；就在小皓落日灘塗附近，離周邊景點很近；能夠免費停車，是遊玩的住宿的好地方

淡季出行就是爽，免費給升級了大房間。衞生環境非常好，公共區域寬敞舒適，老闆和阿姨態度都很高，早餐是熱騰騰的酸菜麪，還帶兩衹蝦。
門外不遠處就是灘塗沙灘，這個月基本下午三點就退潮了，可以下去趕海，傍晚五點過開始漲潮，注意點安全。

總體的裝修很新很好看，空間也蠻大的，需要爬樓梯，但是老闆會幫忙提行李，離海灘很近，適合趕海但是看不到日出，要開車二十分鐘左右去花竹村才能看到日出。隔音的話一般有的，小孩子跑跳被提醒了。但是如果衹是外面有人正常走路的話沒什麼大響動。
