酒店佔地面積非常大，24小時管家服務也很及時貼心，在酒店就可以晃蕩半天，酒店整體是侘寂風，很有設計感，手殘黨拍不出那種美感，建議親自去看看

簡直太棒了！環境沒的説，室內現代藝術感十足，室外一步一景，錯落有致，還有小門出去直接到海岸邊。服務極佳，賓至如歸，早餐豐富多樣，晚餐精緻可口。房間乾淨整潔，各類用品小吃一應俱全，亞麻床品太舒服了。下次來霞浦還是選擇鳴野秋蘆。

度假村整個環境都很漂亮，有海景，有稻田，有果樹，有魚塘，非常適合親子度假。房間床品超舒服，是棉麻的，真的很少見。早餐不錯，有冰糖燕窩，還有個很好吃的黃塘麪包。

酒店很私密，有自己的園子，種植格式蔬菜瓜果，酒店設計非常大氣，很出片，早餐不是自助，但是很豐盛，根本吃不完，管家很給力，非常細緻周到。

一般我住宿不評論的，這次真的看不過了，希望要來住的小仙女們擦亮眼睛。1、它並不是酒店，它實際是幾家民房改建而成的，一家一家分開管理。管理太混亂，責任相互推卸。2、服務真的差勁！我們晚上7點打的到民宿這，大門緊關，聯繫管家後5分鐘大門才自動打開，進門口後莫名其妙的路，大晚上，燈光差！路上黑漆漆的，我們淋着雨，拿着行李一家民房一家民房的找。服務員人影都沒有。3、他們與旁邊飯店串通，誘導消費者。知道我們晚飯沒吃，主動説載我們一程，帶我們去小皓沙灘。結果來接我們是餐館老闆，帶我們去他開的餐館就餐。這種為餐館帶客的行為有點過了！我們覺得被騙，找理論，換來的是兩家管家相互推脱不了了。4、房間隔音超級差，半夜23:13還能聽到樓下聊天的聲音。跟管家反應，管家意思：給你們耳塞了。自己塞上就聽不見了！是耳塞問題嗎？？5、游泳池冷的很，不適合6月份。6、民宿特色可以釣魚，入住那晚上，我老公特地問前台我們能釣魚嗎？回答肯定，還説放了魚了。釣具免費提供。第二天，釣具壞的，被問到服務員，服務員答：魚塘沒有魚，而且不提供垂釣。這個管理訊息不對稱，且沒有達到民宿許諾的條件！7、地理位置不方便，不推薦住這種地方！

串通附近店鋪，誘導消費者，到的當晚我們想去附近的餐廳用餐，酒店管家主動提出有同事下班可以把我們帶到附近的小晧沙灘。然後神奇的操作就來了，來接我們的是附近一家海鮮館子的老闆，直接把我們接到了他們店裡，他專門接送鳴野秋蘆的客人到他家吃飯。酒店偷偷為餐館帶客，我們覺得受到欺騙找酒店理論，得到的回覆支支吾吾，一號樓管家説是主樓推薦的跟他無關，互相推諉不了了之。
管理混亂，加管家加了兩個，説是一個是主樓的一個是一號樓的，分開溝通訊息對不齊，而且他倆還互相聯繫不上。舉例：入住一號樓，出租車在門口等我們，跟一號樓管家説之後他表示需要聯繫主樓的管家開鐵門，主樓管家沒回他消息，讓我們等，大概等了5分鐘，我直接打電話給前台才開了門。內部人員聯繫不上彼此，需要客人自己聯繫，我請問呢？
拒絕提供服務，店家有一個賣點是可以釣魚，入住前，入住後都有找管家確認是不是能釣魚，得到的答覆是可以釣魚，且提供釣具。入住第二天早上再問另一個服務員（第二天大概換班，第一天接待的服務員一個都找不到），得到的答覆是池塘沒魚不能釣，有魚沒魚我們看得到，釣竿扔在池塘邊沒有鈎子沒有餌我們也看得到，當時一下子沒興致了就沒有爭論。

酒店環境太好！太值得啦！

入住懸崖山景房，滿目葱鬱，養眼舒心🍃
難得遇到酒店用亞麻床品，很喜歡！
早餐比較精簡，但很可口，會贈送燕窩哦！
zui值得一提的是！私密性相當好！
衹有住客和預約客人才可以進來
是霞浦真正意義上的度假酒店了
尤其是節假日，不出酒店也可以收集到好風景
非常省心！舒心！
去東壁村、光影棧道、小皓沙灘都很方便， 開車大概十分鐘左右
附近有一家胖嫂海鮮很新鮮很好吃！
