HHumble Bumble Queen BeeWe booked this hotel as it was near Xi’an airport and we had an early morning flight the next day.
As you can see from the pictures, it’s a very new and modern hotel. Good facilities in the room (complimentary refreshments in the mini bar) and out of room as well, such as laundry facilities and gym.
The bed was firm and comfortable, the room was clean and tidy.
The staff were helpful and the airport transfer from the hotel was free.
We had a great stay!

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, just outside the subway station, (Line 1 & 16), there are all kinds of pedestrian streets and shopping malls around, making it easy to travel and make daily purchases.
The lobby is very warm and stylish, the rooms are clean and tidy, the decoration is simple and generous, and it is very comfortable to stay.
The facilities in the room are quite complete, the bed is very comfortable, the TV, air conditioning, etc. all work well, and the Internet is also fast. All kinds of electrical appliances are available, including refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, etc.
The front desk staff are friendly, answer all questions and respond promptly. The housekeeping service was also very conscientious in cleaning, and even delivered good night porridge in the evening. Very thoughtful.

We arrived very late at night into Xi’an Airport. This was a very easy hotel to get to from the Airport, approximately 16 RMB to Terminals 1/2/3 and 32 RMB to Terminal 5. Although the Airport is far away from central Xi’an or the Terracotta Mausoleum, DiDi’s are very cheap way to get around and the road infrastructure provides excellent connections.
CLEANLINESS:
The room was clean, with linen and shower facilities being to a high standard with nice toiletries.
SERVICES:
We spoke only English, and while there is an inevitable language barrier, the hotel staff were nonetheless helpful.
The morning breakfast was good. While Chinese breakfasts can be foreign to those with a western palette, there were sufficient options and variety to fill us for two very busy days. The coffee machine was not great, but otherwise no issue.

EEmma_08The hotel was super clean. OMG you would not believe how clean it was. The hotel staff was super nice and even though they were not able to speak in English, they still made sure that our stay was as comfortable as it can be. And the restaurant near by was so nice and so sweet. We had flight at 9 am so we had to leave early, and so they had a bus to the airport. And had the breakfast in to-go box so that we can enjoy it in the bus or at the airport. Overall, definitely recommend. It is a must stay hotel if you want to rest and enjoy your time.

GGuest UserStayed here the night before to catch an early flight. Booked a family room, which was very attractive at less than 200. Brought some wine and food for dinner and ate in the hotel room. Read the negative reviews saying it was too noisy and I couldn't sleep all night, but it was not as exaggerated as that. I couldn't hear the planes at all when I fell asleep. The hotel itself was also very quiet. The shuttle bus to the airport in the morning was on time and it took about 10 minutes to get to the airport. All in all, staying here is a good choice if you want to catch an early flight.

GGuest UserAmazing hotel. We booked the largest queen room. It was very spacious and provided a very nice rest before we took off again. We stayed for two nights in total, and wish we could have stayed longer. Within a 5 minute car ride away, you can experience local food and get a nice foot massage.
In addition to the amazing room, the staff was extremely helpful as well. The front desk assistant with glasses was very helpful and made our trip very smooth and peaceful.
Morning breakfast was great as well. The noodle soup was great, and a nice taste of Xi'an noodles, if you aren't able to explore more.
Highly recommend.

BbayzordThe second time I came to this hotel. Actually, the last experience was very good. I wanted to come this time. The biggest highlight of the hotel is that the hot spring water is very good. Then the bedding is also good, and it is quite comfortable to fall asleep. The overall hotel parking is very safe and convenient, and there are many delicious foods around. For example, local specialty snacks can be found around. The room room was originally hot spring water, you want to wash well, you can also go to the bath center next to it. It's really comfortable. There is not much money for a back bath, but it's quite enjoyable. What I didn't expect was that the hotel's dining was actually very good. I ordered a roast duck and ordered those dishes. The family was very happy. In short, the three original trips were still very, very happy! But I really didn't expect that the original three yuan is also a weekly limit, dear. PPeterThis was exactly as it was advertised! A bed within the airport without anything else. No sink, no toilet, no shower. Just a nice quiet place to catch a nap without needing a cab or anything else as required by any off-site hotel. It was a bit awkward to go brush teeth etc in the airport restroom, and given the fact that it is nothing more than a bed, it might be considered a bit pricey. But if I were in the same circumstance ever again (arrived at midnight with an early morning train the next day), I would stay here again.
Note that the Trip.com site really needs better instructions on how to get to these capsules... you need to go to the departure floor and these are on a hallway right at the side of check-in counters.

SShiye（qingliu）I stayed here the night before because it was convenient for an early morning flight.
It's a simple capsule hotel.
What was helpful was that there was a restaurant in T3 that was open until late at night.
It's a small hotel with only 30 beds, so there is no separation between men and women on the accommodation floors. However, the capsules can be closed tightly, so a minimum level of privacy can be ensured. There is also only one shower and no bath towels, so if you want to take a shower, it's a good idea to bring your own disposable ones.
