對於酒店的硬件配置就很中規中矩，普通的一個連鎖快捷酒店，沒什麼可誇的，重點要誇的是服務，老闆的服務給100個贊👍🏻都覺得不夠，因為是凌晨到的所以第一次嘗試在機場附近隨便找個酒店湊合一晚，挑了一家有免費接送機的，當時還怕太晚了老闆會不接，但老闆很細心很準時，接到我們後都沒讓我沾手提過箱子，到了酒店後更是提着箱子一路給我們送到了房間門口，還提前給我們開了空調，換了個1.8米的大床，他告訴我們房間比較小，但儘量床給我們大點。老闆有一個細節尤其要加分，因為到酒店的時候都快2點了，老闆上樓都沒讓箱子的輪子佔地，我覺得他肯定是怕滾輪的聲音吵到別的已經休息的顧客。如此細心的老闆，值得再加100個贊！第二天老闆還開車給我們送去了地方，因為他説來接送我們的車現在坐着太冷了，他怕凍着我們。如此細心的老闆把我們這次的旅行開了一個非常好的開頭！

Booked a capsule ( with bath facilities) . I was upgraded to a Box room *see photos (without bath facilities)* had to use the Public Toilet in Terminal. I appreciate the upgrade regardless. It was Comfortable and Clean.

The only letdown was that the bus was agreed to leave on time at 5:50, and at 5:49 everyone was ready, including the driver, but we found two people leisurely buying breakfast and heating it in the microwave, showing no sign of being in a hurry. The front desk staff did not give any explanation to the passengers who had already boarded the bus, having repeatedly told us the day before that the bus would leave on time. Based on our trust in the hotel, we chose a bus that was only an hour and a half away from departure, even though the bus runs only once an hour, and we waited here for no reason. Everyone in the car urged them many times but to no avail. Everyone was in a hurry to catch the plane and could not leave anytime after getting off the plane. At 55 minutes, two ”giant babies” passengers got on the bus steadily and reluctantly, explaining to everyone that their flight was at 8:20. They thought everyone was not in a hurry like them. If they were not in a hurry, who would get up so early for no reason? Are they bored? Even if you are not in a hurry, time awareness is not a basic quality that adults should possess. If other people's boarding is delayed because of these few minutes, or if the driver has other safety hazards because of his hurry, can you or the hotel afford this responsibility and loss! My suggestion to the staff is: there is no need to delay other people for fear of offending these two unpunctual passengers. Service should be equal to everyone, and we have no obligation to pay for their behavior. It is your job to send the bus on time or call another bus for them.
