住了兩晚，晚上兩點多回去，房間也沒打掃，早上七點多，服務員直接開門就進來，打電話過去前台的解釋就是我們以為你退房了？？？

位置不錯，就在萬達的一個樓，大堂裝潢很好。停車分地上和地下，我停在地上，和小米汽車共用。因為這次有物品需要冷凍，大堂服務人員幫忙協調了冰箱，這點非常感謝，服務方面做到了有求必應。屋內裝修還是有些年頭了，比較老式的風格，還算乾淨。早餐一般化，這裏需要提升。

本次入住整體較差，雖酒店裝修風格不錯，但細節和服務仍有較大提升空間。
優點：
整體裝修大氣，地毯比較乾淨，環境整潔。
不足：
1. 衞生間設計欠妥：洗漱台未配備抽紙和垃圾桶，使用不便。
2. 用品質量一般：提供的拖鞋較薄，舒適度極差。
3. 服務不夠專業：工作人員溝通時存在搶話、不耐煩、看手機等情況，服務態度需改進。
4. 床鋪位置很不合理：我開的家庭房，有兩張床。出風口正對小床，直吹頭身，根本睡不了，極度影響睡眠。高温天氣不開熱。開了吹的頭疼，最後沒法衹能都擠到另一張床睡。
總結：
以本酒店家庭房的價格而言，酒店在硬件和服務上均未達到預期水準，建議加強細節管理和員工培訓，以提升整體入。

入住了兩晚家庭房，第二天半夜近十二點被樓下打鑽子裝修的噪音吵醒（先以為是樓下破砼路面的聲音）打了前台電話落實下來是樓下商場裝修，沒有提前告知，半夜十二點帶着小孩換房，住酒店從來沒有遇到過的事情真的是太差了
