賓館位置比較好，對面就是潛山公園，是度假休閑的好地方。離賓館不遠處就是小吃一條街，吃飯比較方便。賓館的房間比較大，設施比較齊全。

春節期間訂的 五千多的別墅感覺挺不值的！到的時候入住登記的地方和住的地方不在一起 要開車一段距離，去到的時候 因為別墅在温泉區裏面 路上沒有指引 找半天找到一個關着的鐵門 遠看沒人守着 下雨打傘走過去才知道可以進去！進去後還要走一段距離 下雨又冷 沒有人接引 沒傘提供 還有一堆行李要自己拿！沒任何服務！這是我入住最狼狽的一次！我不知這是不是要改進的地方！
到房間 温泉放水 放的温水 不夠熱 大冬天是要讓人感冒的節奏嗎！房間設施開始老化 房間熱水水量不足 温度也不高 對於冬天洗澡還真是考驗！
