Pullman Hotels in Xianju

I checked into the Pullman Shenxianju Hotel at 10 PM on the 5th. After showering and getting ready for bed at 11 PM, I lifted the covers to find blood stains on the duvet cover. Then I found two blood stains and an eyelash on the sheets. It was clear the linens weren't changed between each stay! The experience was terrible that evening. I contacted the guest services department to change the linens, but when I lifted the sheets, I found a blood-like stain on the mattress cover underneath. I was devastated. They later negotiated a change to a family room. It was past midnight when I arrived at the new room. The staff gave me two drink coupons, an afternoon tea, and an energy pack as compensation. The next day, I found bugs on the curtains and in the bathtub. I understand the hard work of the hotel staff, but I can't forgive the lack of cleanliness on this stay. I chose the Pullman Shenxianju Hotel because I trusted the hygiene standards of a major hotel group, but even basic hygiene wasn't met. I won't stay at a Pullman hotel again.
