開長途過路的，酒店應該開業蠻久了，就設施比較舊了。但是服務挺貼心的。專門幫孩子找喜歡的玩具了，無愧於洲際品牌。

客觀評價，實在太差。開始看評論説各種不好還以為是客人難伺候或者得罪了客人，真實感受了才知道大家還算是嘴下留情了。攜程4.7這個分怎麼打出來的，非常差異，還是此城市酒店整體水平基礎太差......今後對攜程評分真不敢輕易相信了。問題太多，説兩個1，空調，真的，開到最大，沒有風的，朝南的房間才四月初就熱的沒辦法呆。第二，游泳池，且不説是見過的最小的五星級酒店游泳池，長十幾米，寬三個泳道。租給了健身俱樂部，更衣室浴室與健身房公用，掃黑除惡這麼多年了，還是居然還有個爛仔惡劣的出現在此，大家自己腦補吧，健身***，想挑起事端......總之呢，五星級酒店裡應該是沒見過這樣差的，雖然這句話被用爛了，但是真的是見過的下限。請大家避雷，如果不信也想歡迎大家嘗試一下，看看所言是否屬實，特別是游泳池哦。衞生也真的差，態度也真的是生硬，不過樓層阿姨這個態度，也是沒辦法的......是瀕臨倒閉的富力連累了洲際吧！環境的分給了地段，服務的一分給了夜晚值班的大堂女經理，雖然她很努力，但是所有環節都出問題，積重難返，她一個人再努力恐也無用。另酒店前台退房幫忙延時，也感謝了！

The location is excellent. I stayed for 3 nights and had a great stay. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the weekend buffet dinner. The restaurant manager Teng and the waiters were very careful and serious! The waiters on the 19th floor cleaned the room every day very carefully!
