Hotels near Xiamen Railway Station, Xiamen

Great location. Adjacent to Xiamen High Speed Railway station, Subway station and BRT station. There is an underground shopping mall just in front of hotel. Staffs are very helpful. English speaking service is very limited to couple of reception staffs available in daytime. If you are not a Chinese speaker, you will need to rely on online translation service.

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the South Square of the train station, very quiet. The hotel is also very clean, the room is spacious, and the front desk service is very good. I will choose it next time.

I have been to Xiamen more than 40 times, so I am very familiar with Xiamen and its hotels. This time, because I had to take a train to Shanwei the next day, I chose this hotel which was super close to the train station. The room is over 300 per day excluding breakfast. The hotel has free parking spaces. Enter from the underground garage next to KFC, park near elevator number four, and then take the elevator to the seventh floor where you will find the hotel reception. You can park for free by registering your car number at the front desk. There are two sightseeing elevators opposite the front desk, and you can also go directly to the hotel from the ground. Turn right out of the hotel and you will find the train station, which is a three-minute walk away. There is also a BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) near the train station. It only costs one yuan to take five stops to Siming North Road. After getting off the bus, it is only a short walk to the Eighth Market (Kaihe Road intersection), and then a little further to the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, so the hotel is in a very convenient location. Opposite the hotel is Robinson Mall. The fourth floor of this building is Haidilao and the fifth floor is Zhu Fugui Hotpot (the seafood hotpot is very good). The hotel service was good, but they swiped two room cards for me the first time and there was no problem opening the door. But when I went out for a walk and came back to the room, I couldn't open the door. I went to the front desk to swipe again. I don't know why. The room is not big, especially the location of the toilet. When going to the toilet, your head is basically against the wall. The bath water is also unstable, sometimes it is scalding.

I remember staying here for one night before the epidemic, and it felt okay at the time. This time, because I wanted to be simple, convenient and comfortable, I chose Wanghui to stay for two nights again, and it was as bad as a hotel. The only two advantages are: it is located opposite Xiamen Railway Station and the house prices are cheap (you should not dare to charge high prices for this kind of hardware and software equipment and services) The hotel only has the fifth floor but the floor area is large, so nearly half of the room types are ”windowless”. If it is unacceptable, you must pay special attention before booking. The room is as shown in the picture...the equipment is old and the hygiene is not cleaned well! There are a lot of small debris and hairs on the floor, including the bathroom! (The same thing happened after I returned to the hotel the next day. It didn’t seem to be much cleaner.) There was also a layer of dust on the tea cabinet! The poor external window screens are also in a dilapidated state. [Rice] The breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor... seems to be in a temporary partition. I really wonder if those who say: It's so rich and delicious are asking their own people to comment or are they telling lies! (Pictured) It is completely untrue and inconsistent with the photos on the Internet! When I checked in on 1/5 night, the girl at the counter... had a bad attitude! Even if I can't answer all the calls, the tone of my answers to questions is unbelievable. And he refused to ask for two more bottles of water! Our hotel has a “limited supply” of only two bottles per day. (In the same affordable hotel opposite, I asked the waiter for two more bottles of water last time, but they were worried that it wouldn’t be enough, so they took several more bottles at once.) If you want to have a window, just book another room type...wait! There are many hotels of the same level in the surrounding area. When booking a hotel again, you should give some thought to better options.

My review may not be valid as hotel was undergoing renovations. I stayed one night following 2nights . On my return trip.the lobby was partition with wooden plywood panels. Hacking was done. The location is fantastic as it is about 100 meter from railway station and 25 meter or so from the tube. Surrounding 10 to 15 mins walk U have more than 7or 8 malls. Nearest about 100m away. Food never a problem. Small shops and mall caters to all need. Had iPad screen fixed at very fast n good price. The rooms were being upgraded so my picture were only lobby prior to renovation and outside scenery.for ppl going first time strongly recommended. Hailing a cab is about RMB 20 to 30 depending on traffic. First pic upper center is train station.

The building itself is average, but the cleanliness and hygiene of the room are no problem at all. It has everything it should have, and is equipped with a refrigerator and a kettle, although I didn't use them. The customer service is very considerate, and the various check-in instructions are very clear. Check in at midnight and check out at 6 am. It's good to take a break on the way to something you've been thinking about. I didn't take pictures of the room. I haven't been to Xiamen for more than ten years, so I'll leave a souvenir.

A pleasure to have stayed here yet again. It's definitely my go to, whether a short stopover or slightly longer. Ticks all the boxes and close to everything you could need including all public transportation and taxis etc.

The hotel is close to Gaoqi International Airport and accessible within 15 mins by car. There is a station just outside the hotel and an underground shopping link with a huge supermarket in it. The hotel amenities are well-equipped but the breakfast is not very fascinating and quite pricey (not recommendable). For non-smokers, this hotel might not be desirable as all rooms at all floors allow smoking. I feedback about the smoky smell in the room and corridor to the front desk staff but they were helpless with the situation and could not help. The housekeeping staff was very polite and clean the room very thoroughly. The hotel has robot to help to deliver food and drinks to the room.

The room was clean and the waiters were polite and friendly. The breakfast was average and not much choice. The location is very strategic, just across the road to Vientiane City, and there are many places to eat nearby. It would be better if there are cabinets and buckets in the room to store personal items. It is inconvenient without a refrigerator. However, having a laundry room is a plus.

It’s a beautiful and lovely place. The room is spacious with a big TV screen, a tea table , and even a sofa in the room! The crews are really welcoming , polite and friendly. They gave us a free fruit plate , and even bring our luggages to the taxi when we checkout . Will definitely recommend to friends and revisit this place. By the way, the price and location of this hotel, it’s just value for money , worth it!
