I need RMB cash to buy air tickets that day, but my bank card can't be used. Only one credit card can be used normally. Mr. Zhou, the hotel staff, took me to the bank to help me deal with the card problem throughout the process. Although there is a language communication barrier, it was perfectly solved. This is my first time to China, and I feel very good. The Chinese people make me feel very friendly. I like China very much, and also like Yaduo.

HhnxgpWe made an appointment with the hotel front desk one day in advance to pick us up at Neicuoan Wharf. The next day, when we arrived at the wharf, we saw the hotel's electric car waiting for our family. They helped us get our luggage to the car. Thank you very much! We arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock and were supposed to check in at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. The front desk knew that we came by the high-speed rail at night, so they immediately arranged for us to check in and helped us get our luggage to the room. The service attitude was very good! The environment in the hotel is quiet and elegant, and there is a basketball court. My son likes it very much. The room is clean and sanitary, very good! Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Xiao, who is warm and thoughtful! Thumbs up for you! In general, I am very satisfied with this drum therapy stay! I will definitely stay here again next time!

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly relaxing.
The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff also kindly gave me breakfast coupons. The breakfast was delicious and vairous. They change the menu everyday and provide the specialties of Xiamen.
Overall, my experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Xiamen. Highly recommend!!!

GGuest UserThe hotel front desk staff were incredibly cold and didn't crack a smile. The whole place reeked of commercialism, trying to capitalize on every possible spending opportunity. They had promotional flyers and coupons everywhere – in the lobby, elevators, and even on the bed. Paid bottled water was conspicuously placed, while the complimentary water was tucked away in the bathroom and fridge, making it easy to accidentally incur charges.
Outside food delivery isn't allowed upstairs or with the concierge; you have to retrieve it yourself from a designated locker. JJinbaotuoleiChoosing this hotel for our Xiamen trip was truly an excellent decision. Its location is absolutely perfect, serving as an ideal starting point for exploring the city's highlights. Whether it was taking a ferry from the bustling ferry terminal to Gulangyu Island, strolling along the Nanyang-style Zhongshan Road in search of local delicacies, or visiting the lush Botanical Garden, everything was conveniently and quickly accessible, saving us a lot of precious travel time.
The hotel service was another major highlight of our trip, truly embodying the phrase 'a home away from home'. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm, friendly demeanor. Upon seeing us with luggage, a concierge proactively came forward to enthusiastically and professionally assist with carrying it. This thoughtful attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome.
The weather was also on our side; during our days in Xiamen, we enjoyed almost consistently clear blue skies with fluffy white clouds. Bright sunshine during the day, and glittering lights at night. Looking out from our hotel room or nearby elevated spots, Xiamen's night view was stunningly beautiful, adding a romantic touch to our journey.
Thanks to the convenient location, attentive service, and wonderful weather, our trip to Xiamen was filled with relaxation and joy, leaving us with many warm and beautiful memories.

Vvaniella and chocolateThe hotel has an excellent location, just steps away from local food spots and a large shopping mall, which made getting around and dining out very convenient.
The staff were friendly and attentive, though they didnt spewk English. Despite the language barrier, they were always willing to help and made a genuine effort to assist.
However, there were several issues that affected my stay. The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options that catered mostly to local tastes — not ideal if you’re expecting a more international selection.
The elevator area often had a strong urine smell, likely due to the restroom located right near the entrance. In addition, the hallways and common areas were not veryy clean, with stained carpets and visible marks on the floor, which was surprising for an Ibis hotel. The carpet was noticeably old and in need of replacement.
While my room itself was fine, the overall cleanliness of the hotel outside the room was below the standard I’ve experienced at other Ibis locations.

We were not very clear at first, which saved us a lot of time. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hygiene was guaranteed. I will stay here again next time I travel.

AAK@MYOur first impression of the hotel was truly positive, staff greeted us warmly, provided us welcome drink and gift and even arranged an early check-in @ about 1:40pm, which was much appreciated. We stayed in a ”Family Friendly Room” that was spacious and cosy. It is an excellent choice for families with children.
One minor drawback was that the bathroom didn’t have an attached wash basin, which might not suit everyone. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.
The hotel offers thoughtful amenities, including complimentary use of washing and drying machines, as well as a simple afternoon tea. Its location is ideal, right in the heart of the tourist area, perfect for shopping and discovering delicious local Xiamen cuisine.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our three-day, two-night stay. A restful and pleasant experience and highly recommended!

MM38209****The location of the hotel is simply perfect, right by the sea, enjoying the night view of the entire Wuyuan Bay sea view. You can see the sea on both sides. And the environment is not ”first class”, and it is very quiet and comfortable to sleep at night.
Location: Just next to the International Yacht Exchange, very close to Wutong Wharf, Fliport Convention and Exhibition Center, and Gaoqi Airport, the transportation is very convenient.
Service: The front desk is very enthusiastic and can help you solve any difficulties, but the check-in procedure is a bit complicated, it would be better if it can be simplified!
Hygiene: The hygiene is quite clean, and overall I am very satisfied.
Facilities: Decorated in a business style, the supplies provided in the room can basically meet daily needs. I heard from the front desk that there are newly renovated rooms, so I'll come and have a look next time.
Generally speaking, the price is high and the environment is very good. The first choice for the next business trip!
