On the day of our checkout, it was raining heavily. One of the female crew members, who was wearing contact lenses and had her hair pinned up with a clip, kindly brought us an umbrella. She found us outside and walked us to the taxi while holding the umbrella over us, making sure we could get in safely. Her kindness truly touched our hearts.
